“Fantastic - great customer service! The gentleman I spoke with was so very helpful. He told me about the drop box if I would be late and that I could park my car on site while I used the truck (couldn't drive two vehicles at once :) ) The day before I was to pick up the truck, he was checking it over and found there was a mechanical problem.”

“Amazing customer service and friendly staff. Facility is clean and the check in process was seamless. Rented a ford escape. Our vehicle was ready and so clean and spacious. The online pre-check in process makes everything so smooth. I forgot to get the gal’s name the got us taken care of but again, amazing service.”
