“When picking up the car the inside was not clean. We found water bottles and many remnants of peanuts in the open area of the console. This was mentioned when we returned the car. Otherwise, the Audi was a good ride, but as an 'upgrade rental it was a 'basic' car. Keys were needed, no touch options.”

“Rental car return at terminal 1 is always smooth and easy, just park the car and leave the keys. If youre picking up a car go to terminal 2, 1 always has a wait for vehicles”

“I like how the staff explained the type of class I should have booked based off the size I was looking for. However, the suv wasn't bad, great on gas and I like the features in 2024 Rogue. Staff was professional, knowledgeable and accommodating on return time. I was able to use my debit card vs credit card something I couldnt do at airport.”

He told me about the drop box if I would be late and that I could park my car on site while I used the truck (couldn't drive two vehicles at once :) ) The day before I was to pick up the truck, he was checking it over and found there was a mechanical problem.”

“It was how it should've we walked up to counter after waiting a few mins another customer. They had two people at the counter one tied up with an issue and other going through clients. Crossed the street and got the car. The only issue was the gate at the gate took three minutes to appear. Very wierd”
“I was having a rough time with getting my vehicle, the vehicle I booked was already rented so I was very frustrated until one of the employees name Venus came along and made things work so smoothly she was soo kind and understanding with my frustration she also gave me the best option for my replacement vehicle so I didn’t have to look for another rental place her energy was unmatched these are the kind of people you want working , so Thank you VENUS for all of your help”

“Very nice and friendly staff. However, my biggest piece of advice is to avoid the chat bot, online webpage process and the voice bot when calling the customer support line to extend your rental. My attempt failed with all 3 options. The problem was solved in about 42 seconds when I talked to a human customer support staff member.”
“I did not have to wait. Car was clean. I was able to choose a car from the compact car section. To return the car to terminal 1 use this address and follow the return signs: 4901 Glumack Drive, St Paul . No issues at all. If you don't want any extras just decline. The prepaid gas worked for me. I did not feel pressured to take it.”
“Flew into MSP, had no reservation, with 5+ adults and kids. The others wanted way too much or had nothing. Never heard of Payless, went to the desk. Nour was very helpful, even when I had to reassure the card company no one had hacked anything. He got us the vehicle, a '24 or '25 Hyundai Santa Fe. It was fresh off the lot. Even when we had to extend our trip by a day. I had a painless rental, the experience was stress free, and I will move them to the top of the list. And I thought Payless was an old shoe store.

“We were scheduled to pick up our car at Budget at 10:30 am and when we arrived were told that there was a 2 hour delay. Obviously. We were not happy campers. However, the manager Jesse Revera approached me and offered his apologies and then proceeded to give us a free day and to remove the gas fill up fee. This kind gesture will go a long way into me renting with Budget again despite the issue we had. Sometimes issues arise but how a company treats their customers is the most important thing to this particular traveler.”
