Generally I like Menards, but my experience with customer service yesterday was horrible. It took me well over an hour to buy 10 boards! Edit: Even though service can be spotty, I can almost always find what I want in store, prices are good, and service is better than my local Home Depot.

My first visit to this Menards and I like it. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and expressed hope that I would become a repeat customer. 👍
