“Friendly staff asked if I needed help finding anything. They also carried my purchase to my car, and you don't get that at many places anymore. Great prices, too.”
“Visually one of the best liquor stores I’ve ever been in. Not huge but homey feel with a huge selection in there. Love their raffle system for bourbon and they have some damn good store picks. Came in and just talked with the guy and going to make this one of my go to stops in Wisconsin 10/10”
“Good selection of beer. Staff has always been polite, only issue is everytime I have asked about a specific product if it's available to order or possibly get it's always been a flat NO and confused expression. ( And yes I understand if you have a specific distributor there's only so much you can get) However, it leads one to believe they don't care or have no desire to learn or research t or expand the knowledge of the products they sell. It is frustrating especially since I live 90 miles away but go by them everyday to work, so granted I have many other options to stop enroute. But I am just one person so it doesn't really matter”
“This location is convenient for me and I usually like the selection of items they stock. There are some fantastic specialty items, but you will pay dearly for them. Recent published price comparisons rank Kowalski's as among the most expensive grocery stores in the Twin Cities. Prices on things I typically purchase can be $1 to $4 higher than the exact same thing at
Target or Walmart.”
“Wow! Party Time Liquor! (Ownership/employees) knows what they’re doing! The staff were kind and helpful. Such a variety and the prices are reasonable! Thank you Party Time Liquor for your support and kindness. See you again!”
“Anthony is a incredible person there! Such a young reliable man there. It's hard to find a person like him, he gives 10 out of 10 service and helps me out a lot!”
“Join the rewards program! The people who work there are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they carry. They even gift wrapped our bottles we purchased as gifts!”
“I stopped in today for a particular cider. Unfortunately they didn't have it. As I asked in a disappointed tone: do I have to go to big box? He thought I may. I asked about a particular whiskey. He came out from behind the counter to find it on the shelf for me. That was out to. They didn't have what I was looking for but the service was still on point. Thanks Elevated we'll try another day.... craft beer... I know you'll have that, cheers!”
“Thank you so much for the service! I didn’t catch the name of man who helped us, but we were treated with such kindness and gratitude. I’m a huge fan of moscato and Italian wines and will be coming back to buy my wine here exclusively. Prices are extremely reasonable and I’m grateful for this business and want to keep supporting the community here! Thanks once again!”
“Went in looking for a specific style of beer, they didn't carry it. I requested a few types of that variety from the employee, they took notes on a post-it. About one week later the request was fulfilled. I don't know any more that you could ask out of a shop. 5 ⭐. ?”
“I was having a really bad day - Juan went out of his way to go the extra mile and make sure I had a good experience
Wish there more people like Juan out there.
I’ll be back because of Juan”

“It's so fun to try new wines (for us) with confidence that we will like them given Dave's remarkable memory for our taste and his ability to procure interesting wines at great prices!”
“My favorite liquor store. The owner Solomon and his family, plus that little white boy they got working the counter are super friendly and helpful. My go to place”
“Great customer service and products. Their produce and meats are top notch. The store is always clean too! The beautiful flower and plant selection (in the Woodbury location) and small gift sections have been staples for me to find great things for friends and family.”
“The owner is friendly and welcoming and Becky the cashier is wonderful. She made me feel like a regular and that she was interested to help me what I was looking for. The very best in neighborhood caring.”
“Always the place to go with the most variety. They have single cans, cases, unique bottles, and THC products as well. It's a one stop shop for all the liquor needs.”
“Ever since the new owners took over it's always smiles when I walk in till I've made my purchase and then some... They don't stock my beer regularly anymore but that's fine because I must be the only one drinking it hahahahahaha..... But seriously, it's a great place to buy my drink and be welcomed when doing so.... Give it a try, you won't regret it...”
“Probably one of the few family owned liquor stores in the area. Brings me back to the 90's and early 2000's when you would stop at your local liquor store and video store and go home for a movie night”
“Walked up to this store from a hotel stay, and absolutely had the best time talking with Matt. He gave me a phenomenal education on the bourbons I sampled. I’ve never had such a great and informative experience. In fact, I returned the next day just for fun and got a kick out of his mandatory taste testing. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a shop with great selection of spirits, and a modern kind of “Cheers” vibe where you’ll be remembered and welcomed every time.”
“Good variety. Prices reasonable. But make sure you watch your totals. Almost didn't get the sale price. The check out rang up my order as full price, I had to get the tags for the discount.”
“This is my go-to local liquor store! They've got a decent selection and very reasonable prices! The staff are lovely and friendly (special shout-out to Justin).”
“Really nice little spot in Woodbury. Not a huge craft beer selection, but they go for quality, which is great. They get great stuff like Blackstack and Modist, and sometimes get the more limited can runs such as Illbrewminati Vol 3 by Modist, which no other place in the area received. People must know, as they have loyal residents that pick up Blackstack regularly, so don't wait too long if you want the new release that week. Nice selection of wine and spirits too.”
“If you want some quality food, it’s worth the extra money to purchase from their bakery, deli and meat counter!
I go there when I want to treat myself?”
“I was cold calling looking for a scarce brand of Bourbon. The store went above and beyond locating and special ordering it for me. Very friendly and accommodating.”
“It's a liquor store, it's a bar, it's 2 places in one. Not really, there is a door between the two establishments. Small little place. Nothing fancy. Stop in on your way from WBL to Stillwater pioneer park.”
“Wine, beer, and spirits store attached to our local favorite market. Pretty good selection for a small shop. The staff is top-notch. You pay a little more than you would at a dedicated liquor store, but I like the convenience of combining grocery shopping and booze shopping at a single stop.”

“A great local liquor store! Good selection of beer, wine and spirits and the staff is always friendly. I've appreciated the few times an employee has offered to carry my purchase to my car. Their sign out front always gives me a good laugh, too.”
“Our toddler loves going to Whole Foods, they treat him like loyalty there and he eats it up. And literally eats his way through the store, he knows right where to go (the pastry section) to get his chocolate chip cookie. Oh and we love the bubbly water Whole Foods brand. Great prices and great service, and easy parking of course. We go here at least once a week. Oh yeah and the cocktail area is amazing. Not that we get to sit that long due to the said toddler, but we have tried to sit in there patio area and it is quite lovely. Lots of great tap beer choices.”
“I don't drink much, so I usually need assistance when I'm looking for alcohol. Every time I go in this store, they are friendly and phenomenally helpful. They have a great selection and the prices are comparable to larger chain stores. It's definitely worth driving to Lake Elmo to shop here.”
