I don't think I have ever waited in a line of more than one person, but generally there is no one in the place. I go out of my way to ship everything I have too at this branch. Support this branch and be frustrated no more!”
“IT DOESNT MATTER WHICH ST PAUL BOXES YOU PUT YOUR MAIL IN. ALL OUTGOING MAIL GOES TO THE PLANT IN EAGAN TO BE SORTED. ALSO, CARRIERS HAVE TO PICK UP THE BOXES DAILY. THEY WONT GO HOME UNTILL THEY DO. Maybe get an idea on the process before making accusations.”

“I don't find him to be angry, he's not cheerful or anything, I think he is pretty cool, he held onto my package longer than the post office normally allows because he knows that I'm a long haul truck driver and it's difficult for me to get to my PO box often, the other people who left the reviews are just soft, they need to be comforted just to get their mail, it's just business don't get so personal”

“I just came here to clarify, when making my purchase to place a parcel in a PO box I accidentally dropped the little pen on the screen during the part where it asked how their service was and it landed on the frowny face. This was an accident! Michelle did amazing work! Very excellent customer service! I'm so sorry I dropped the pen on the thing! Five star service highly recommend!!!!”
