extremely under trained staff. kitchen is always closed early. sodas often taste bad definitely could use a deep clean. staff stands around chatting not helping people in line at the check out.

None of the workers know how to do their job. They stand around and talk while customers are in line. Slowest attendants in the county. Should shut this place down and open a kwik trip

The service isn't the worst, it's what you'd expect from a gas station.
However it seems they don't bother to clean their soda station/pumps, I grabbed a cup and filled it with sprite and the syrup was out but it had a very odd taste aside from having no syrup/flavor, I dumped that then decided to get some dr pepper and thankfully that one had syrup but it also had a really weird taste like it's never been cleaned before. I ended up dumping both the sprite and dr pepper and grabbed a canned beverage.
Workers really need to pay more attention and clean more frequently, you guys get paid to do so.

I wouldn’t order pizza here they don’t know how to cook it. Nobody is ever working so you have to stand there for like 10 minutes like bruh it’s on the highway should have more people working
Also pay attention to your change me and my family been getting the wrong amount of change. You literally would save money going to the other gas station in town

Extremely rude and unprofessional person at the counter. I came in today and bought 2 sixteen ounce coffees (small) using my own ceramic cups One of the cups was too small and began to run over. Wishing to avoid a mess I quickly grabbed a paper cup to catch the coffee and brought both to the counter. We also picked up 2 pastries I said, these are both small, 16 ounce coffees. She said you have a large cup. I said but it’s 16 ounces. It didn’t fit in my cup. She said well the rules are I charge for the large cup. I said that’s not fair. She insisted so I said then I’m taking that one back. She said, then I will charge you for the cup. When I objected she got agitated and said I’m the manager and I follow the rules. You know what? I’m not going to serve you. You have to leave and grabbed the coffee and pastries away from me. She couldn’t get the paper cup out of my cup so had to give it back ,loudly talking angry the whole time. Like she had to be sure she had the last say. I left and will never stop there again. Weird.

The last couple of times we’ve ordered a whole pizza, they look like they are pieced together from at least two different pies. The cuts don’t match up and the textures are different on each slice.

We stopped here for pizza on our road trip. Keep in mind this is one of the only places to eat around here, so even though I ordered 20 minutes ahead, we still had to wait for our pizza to go in the oven. The worker politely let me know it would be 6 minutes. (She was overwhelmed with orders) But it was well worth it. Best Casey's Pizza we've had, and we've ordered at several on vacation. Plenty of cheese and toppings. The BBQ brisket pizza was amazing. Thank you ❤️

Not a great place to stop- neither worth time or money. I stopped for a quick snack for the road and was disappointed as most the fresh food was expired, old, or out of stock. The drink dispensers were messy, sticky, and gross. I ended up purchasing a frozen boxed food and heating it up in their microwave, my brother purchased an old burger which had clearly been out for a while.
Staff were kind and helpful, but the store was not kept clean or stocked.

The receipt printers never work at this location. I have complained to there corporate office several times. Nothing gets done. Very disappointed with Casey's I'm handicapped and I should not have to go inside for my receipt every time. Customer service is no good at Casey's.

Still not fixed. 2 transactions no reciept.
This has happened many times, I do surveys, reviews, and complained about the receipt printers not working. I was told by Casey's the district manager and store manager would be notified. I guess that didn't happen, or you need new management. I am handicaped and should not have to walk inside to get my receipt. Very disappointed with Casey's.

Went in last night, after a long day, my card wouldn't process an order. The younger gentleman working there explained that I could choose to pay in store, was quick to help and VERY FRIENDLY! I went from having a bad day to having a better day when I left. He talked about weather, sports, society, and family, all while continuing to clean and help other customers. He's a great asset to the store, and I hope he is acknowledged and appreciated!

6/24/24-We were rushing to Fargo from DL and realized we had not has breaksfast and was running low on gas! Well....there it was!
Casey's! While I was gassing up, someone else ran in to get their incredible breakfast pizza!
I'm just a few mins we were back on the road! Don't hesitate to stop here!

Horrible!!! Ordered a pizza and after it sat for 10min they cut it up and put it in the warmer.... What's the point of calling in a pizza if they can't hold it more then ten minutes.
