“Scratched my own van by forgetting to close back of van BEFORE closing garage door. Classic gave the best bid for stellar work.They were all so friendly and helpful.They even came into work early so we could drop it off before heading to airport. They kept us up to date , sent pictures when done and they let us keep it there until we got back in town. So hassle free. They kept it safe until we got back. It looks great!!!!!”

“Highly recommend this Enterprise location. I had to use a long-term rental (45+ days) while I balanced a handful of #adulting priorities. The last thing I needed was another source of stress.
The car and support that Enterprise provided allowed me to put my focus elsewhere.
And, not everything that is exceptional is perfect: the first rental had an issue driving off the lot and Enterprise immediately replaced it with a comparable vehicle.

“Wonderful service and impeccable care to the customer. I booked my reservation online and when I arrived the location had no vehicles. This was not this owners fault. The online ordering platform needs to have realtime updates better integrated in order for owner/operators to offer their customers a successful experience. This should be addressed with Avis Home office and not the local operator. I was able to rent a larger vehicle which fit my needs still and am appreciative for the hard work that goes into such an operation. Thanks Avis of Burnsville.”

I was thrilled to get a clean 2024 Kia Forte that looked brand new inside and out. The entire process took just 30 minutes from walking in to driving away, which was impressive. The location wasn't crowded that Friday afternoon, making everything move smoothly without any wait time. The welcoming atmosphere and effortless rental experience really stood out compared to other rental places I've used. If you need a reliable car rental for sure with excellent service, this Avis location should definitely be your first choice!”
“Super service. Vehicle, while only 15,000 miles on it, had some electrical issues/shorts (tire pressure, ignition) that were worrisome but it got me where I needed to go. It was surprisingly comfortable and good gas mileage ~ 25 mpg.”
