“I reached out to ask more details about the apartments . I personally thought Angela was fast and efficient. She responded to most of my questions very fast via email . The only change I would make is making sure to answer all my questions . I believe I asked three times about what current specials the property had and my question was ignored. It was constantly reiterated that electric , rent and parking was the only utilities I would have to pay . Most buildings do have specials right now and I would be a fool not to take advantage of that . I wouldn't have to ask if rental information was transparently available on the website . Thanks”

“Our pick up was Hudson rd location. Not listed in Yelp. Either way moving my son and future wife to ft Collins Colorado budget worked with us to make sure everything went off easily. Flew in got truck right at closing time. Loaded, left, got full 5 days use getting couch as well. Drop off was a breeze. With gas maybe spend $1000 which is not bad for a 15 hour drive for 2 young people to start new life in dream home location. Definitely use them in future for cross country move”

“It was how it should've we walked up to counter after waiting a few mins another customer. They had two people at the counter one tied up with an issue and other going through clients. Crossed the street and got the car. The only issue was the gate at the gate took three minutes to appear. Very wierd”

“The service was great for the most part. Then they tried to tell me I had used up 2 gallons of gas, but they wrote it off. I traveled 22 miles in a Nissan Altima - at most I used 1 gallon - otherwise the Altima gets worse gas mileage than my truck. I don't like them trying to make it sound like they did this great thing for me when in reality, it wasn't as great as they made it sound.”
