“Just got back from my yearly visit to the Ballpark. More than satisfied with my visit. Cal greeted me as I entered with a huge grin and a handshake. I told him I was looking for a specific card I hadn’t been able to find ( in NM condition) and did he think he had it. I searched through a box of cards as he went to look for my reason for shopping. Within a few minutes he returned with the card. I have attended many card shows over the years and no one else had this card. I gave him a few more cards that I was looking for and it turns out he had them too. A visit with Cal is like a trip to the past where you get to have a conversation with the store owner, not only about cards, but also nearly any topic you want to discuss. Makes me wish I could spend days searching his inventory rather than just a couple of hours.”

“5 ☆ I love shopping at this location, especially when you walk in. You are greeted right away by all associates. They have the items neatly put out for customers to find and check prices sizes and all. They actually also ask Customers if they need any help looking for items and all. Love their Grandparents % off on Wednesdays and what I like is that they announced promotions/sales that they will be having or have going on.I truly recommend this store in Burnsville. I give them 5+🌟. ❤❤❤ Thank You to all employees that work there that always make me feel welcome when I go in with my boys and you know how it is when you go with your kids, they want everything but they make it easy to find and locate items that you are going in for. 🥰🥰🥰”
“Honestly such a great experience. The staff were so helpful and patient. I was looking for a winter jacket for my daughter and they had a great selection. Found myself wandering and leaving with much more than a jacket. In a world where customer service makes or breaks someone coming back, they made this such a great experience. The store was clean and easy to maneuver. 10 out of 10. Will be back.”

“LOVE THIS PLACE! They always have amazing items, and amazing staff. I have not met one rude employee and I come multiple times a week…bad habit haha. They have such great stuff, wide ranges of sizes and new things every time I come in. Half of my wardrobe is from them now! Reasonable prices and clean and organized! I’ll continue to be a customer!
