“I, am very pleased with the way Sharon H. approaches customers in the Security Bank & Trust Co. she always wears a beautiful smile and professionally counts the money right in front of you! She even has a bit of a conversation with you to make your day complete!!”
“The only bank willing to help my daughter process her "Penny War" donations. We called or stopped at 5 banks before finding you. You answered your phone (which is rare) and did not try to take a percentage of the donations. You were incredibly kind and helpful to my daughter even though she did not have an account with you. She will be back soon to open an account! Thanks again for your amazing customer service!”
“I called because I did an ATM deposit here last night and the ATM machine is VERY old and outdated. I was very worried about my deposit. I called this AM and Pam was VERY helpful and made me feel better about the situation. Thank you Pam for being great at your job!”

“I, have been Banking with Lester Prairie Bank for 47 years! When Doug J. owned the Bank, we were classmates and we were both on the same class savings bank book! Never had any issues and found them to be very friendly!! They are very helpful and never rude!!! I, now take our money from the two events I organize to them to be verfied and checks made out to the two groups that Host the event! Everything goes very smooth and stress free!! All money is accounted for, which makes the events more fun to run and organize!! Thank You Lester Prairie Bank for having good service and training and making things awesome for anyone who runs an event!!! Well deserving of 5 stars!!!”
