Never had any issues and found them to be very friendly!! They are very helpful and never rude!!! I, now take our money from the two events I organize to them to be verfied and checks made out to the two groups that Host the event! Everything goes very smooth and stress free!! All money is accounted for, which makes the events more fun to run and organize!!
