Loved this pharmacy until recently. The last 2 months I've gone to pick up a prescription that I use almost every day, the doors are closed . It's pretty negligent by cvs considering some people are out of serious medication for a few days then have to wait 4 to 5 more days til they open back up? Other pharmacies can sometimes transfer but that creates another list of problems. It's hard to believe there aren't any pharmacists looking for a job.

All pharmacies are short staffed right now. This one always tries hard to work with their customers. I do wish there was more privacy with DOB at all pharmacies.

Stand in line with people behind you say out loud your name, birthdate, and medicine which should be nobody's business except who your doing business with! and they don't understand this and think this is ok to do?

I am done with CVS pharmacy inside Target. Every time I go pick something up, there is always an issue. Always!!!!!! It’s so frustrating that the people who work there have to ask me which medicine I’m picking up and then of course I have to tell them and there’s people behind me in line that can clearly hear what medicine I’m picking up. How sad that I have to repeat what I’m taking to the next people in line. I don’t hear them questioning anyone else but everyone else can clearly hear what meds I’m picking up.I had a prescription that had 3 extra refills up to 2024 but the pharmacist said I couldn’t pick it up. That was the last straw. I have picked up my medication elsewhere and they had no issues except for this place. How frustrating!!!!!!

Why do I always feel like I have ruined the day of the pharmacy employees when picking up a medication. It’s a bummer when you walk up happy and walk away feeling bad for bothering them.

It's hard to say anything bad about CVS/Target in Lino Lakes, MN. They have always done a very professional job for me. The only suggestion I have is to stagger your lunch break rather than completely closing the pharmacy, and when the line is long...open more than one register so the wait isn't so long to get your medicines.

Because I can’t give zero stars. Hire more help I have been waiting 2 days for them to fill my Rx. They said maybe it will be ready at noon tomorrow.

I agree with the assessment by many others here. They must be overworked as it takes many hours to fulfill a prescription. Everyone seems nice but it shouldn't take that long. Also, it's not the employees' fault, but you can't reschedule a vaccine to another day with their software system.

I've been going here for years. Found staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. Have never had a problem. I agree they are very busy but have always been polite.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly but extremely overworked. They need more help. Seems like every Sunday it is only Rebecca or Rory there alone. It’s ridiculous. I feel bad for them.

I moved up here in June, worst CVS I have had the pain of dealing with. My scripts are not ready when I arrive, even when I plan ahead. I use their automated system for a pickup yesterday and give them an extra day to prepare... not ready still! Can I get some service please.
