“Well first of all I will give this place 5 stars but it wasn’t like that when I first moved in my apartment it’s nice big closet space nice size living room I love my apartment and the space I have I like the fact I live on the first floor that way I don’t have to go up stairs carrying my groceries but when I first was trying to get this apartment it was a little difficult with the management they would never pick up the phone and never be in the office I would have to contact a another office just so he can send me a email back and then I had got my keys I can say this is the first time ever I don’t have a problem having roaches meaning other places I had before had roaches my apartment don’t have any that’s such a blessing to me to not have to deal with that I had mice come through a mouse trip is nothing to have I’ll caught two and haven’t seen any since I got to make sure I stay with mouse traps that help a lot anyways my experience living have been good I’m really glade they got a better manager that takes cares of the building and cares it was this one incident where I was getting my bed delivered to me and it was a girl and men arguing and the white girl called him the N word repeatedly and then I was looking at her all crazy and she was like WHAT! Like girl you really just said the N word and it’s a lot of black people that lives here and she called this black girl the N word too when she was just trying to break up the fight I was like wow I hate ignorant people and you know what she was holding the door for me and my bf and she slapped the door on me and she stayed down the hallway from me I’m so glade she don’t live here anymore but other than that my experience here have been great my nieces love to come over I wait for the summer to come so we can go swimming and the park and have a bbq I stay to myself I like the fact everybody minds their own business the new manager is a great fit she’s nice she cares she listen and she’s helpful and very understanding and yeah by the way when I had reported this to the previous manager she didn’t seem like she even cared to respond to my email at the time but yeah I have no problems here I’m close to my jobs and stores which I really like it out here it’s quiet I don’t plan on moving so yeah y’all just going to have to deal with me? a lot has changed my sister use to live in the other building and her place had really bad roaches and a mice problem I hope they got that fixed oh yeah it was another incident when I had only been here for like a few months it was 3 water floods man that was so terrible cleaning all that dirty water the pass manger wasn’t doing her job and new manager is doing her job that was crazy I was so pissed I had to clean up all that nasty water thank god at the time I didn’t have a cough set I would of been livid but other than that no problems with anything besides my tub and that got fixed thank you guys 5 stars let’s gooo!!!”

“Daveed was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable about the apartment and did an excellent job showcasing its features. Even though there wasn’t an available unit for my timeframe, his professionalism and enthusiasm made a great impression. Highly recommend him!”

“I’ve been looking around for apartments next school year and so glad I found the station. I booked a tour and ended up getting paired with lance! Lance was so helpful and knowledgeable about this place. He answered all my questions and with very educated answers. The amenities and location are awesome, so definitely a top contender for me !”

“We love our apartment at The Lyric! The modern, spacious unit is filled with light from the large windows. The amenities are well maintained and management is kind and responsive. My only complaint is the hot tub was under maintenance several times over the summer but when it is running, the experience from the rooftop is amazing.”

“I loved living at 3020! The quality was exceptional. Everything in the apartment was updated, my (corner) unit was very spacious with beautiful natural lighting, things were quiet and safe, and Dan was a wonderful landlord. Maintenance requests were answered very quickly, and he's always pleasant to interact with. Going from this apartment complex to a larger one where management is in charge of three buildings especially made me appreciate how 3020 was managed/maintained. If I hadn't relocated out of the cities, I definitely would have re-signed. Thank you Dan!”

“I’ve had a very positive experience living at Kellogg Square in downtown Saint Paul,. The building has a lot of historic character, and the location is fantastic — close to restaurants, parks, and everything happening in the city while still feeling comfortable and welcoming as a place to live. The views of the river are breath taking.

I especially want to recognize Sonna Brautigam on the Kellogg Square team. She has been incredibly helpful whenever I’ve had a question or needed assistance. Sonna is always friendly, responsive, and professional, and she consistently goes out of her way to help residents. That kind of support makes a real difference in day-to-day living.

Great location, great building, and excellent staff. I truly appreciate the help Sonna Brautigam has provided and the work the whole team does to keep the building running smoothly. I love living here.”

“I had previous communication issues with the previous manager della. However since Vlada has been here, she's been so helpful getting me a garage, setting up auto pay and taking the time to explain things for me. She has been a godsend to this property and you can tell she cares about her community.”

“Any issues are dealt with swiftly, the building is kept clean and all staff kind and and helpful. My only small gripe is the water temperature in the shower it fluctuates frequently”

“This is a great place to call home. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful, quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are great and rarely crowded and the pool area is beautiful. I love the convenience of the location parking garages. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails.”

“My mother moved in to Nokomis Square right after the pandemic and was warmly received by neighbors and staff. For her it is the perfect balance of comfort, lovely environs, friendly folks and independence- she loves it! We always enjoy visiting her there, with the added benefit of the guest suite for us out of town family members!”

But I instantly got a reply from the manager Nathan, and even though he couldn't help me, he took the time to respond and offer some suggestions for me. The info he gave me was really helpful. “Amazing community! Not the safest with being downtown, at least it isn’t that terrible but I’ve had my car broken into, and my motorcycle stolen all in less than 2 years. I’d like them to add more cameras for these incidents that happen! Maintenance is awesome and usually are pretty fast getting things taken care of!”

“I lived there Feb 2024 to Feb 2025. Korrine and the crew were awesome! Great communication, clear and never pressured. They were reasonably prompt and complete with repair requests. I am a transplant, and it was a great first place to land and I appreciate Korrine being personable. The other tenants were respectful, quiet and friendly. They minded their own business. the mail man was very nice too! the apartments were spacious and at a great price.”

“I have been living here for the past 4 years, and it's been great. Very quiet, great quality apartments with a nice modern look, and all the neighbors I've actually encountered and spoke to are extremely nice.

The landlords/leasing management have all been extremely professional. If you need anything fixed, just make a simple phone call and someone will be there within a day/week depending on what it is. They even have an emergency maintenance line that will get you in contact with someone when you need it. They are also non-intrusive and value your privacy, as whenever something needs to be checked in the room (for general fire safety/maintenance related activity, which barely ever happens) they let you know with plenty of time in advance.

I can't say I've smelled any smoke in the hallways or anything like that, maybe after a tenant just got done with their smoke break outside, but I wouldn't consider that atypical of anywhere else and this has otherwise been a great and safe place to live for the past 4 years.

The amenities are wonderful, with a big park outside to walk your smaller pets, patio with a grill, covered and HEATED parking, a shuffleboard table, flex/conference rooms as well as a big event room for gatherings, and an indoor gym. All utilities are covered other than electricity which you just pay through xcel (and internet/cable of course).

Overall, it's been a great place to live, and although I plan on purchasing my own home when the market becomes a bit more favorable, I would consider it a great time spent as I move on with the next chapter of life.”

“nice apartments, gym has nice equipment but usually broken. pool & balcony are nice but hot tub has been broken since move in. rent is high. maintenance comes super quick. Haven’t had any problems with staff.

Note: my car did get broken into, for $175/month for parking there should be better security.

“I lived here for about 2 years. Decent location. Was a nice first apartment as an autistic individual. Trader Joe's is across the street, Arby's and Carbones as well Walgreens and The Nook as well Mavericks Pizza within walking or biking distance.”

“Recent reviews on this place are over exaggerating. Yes. The place has some flaws- bring your own coffee cup to the machine (be happy this place gives you free coffee in the first place), the parking lot isn't cleared well (we live in MN, all my apartments have had this problem in this state), yes, at one point the handles to the doors broke but those have been since replaced. My unit actually is chilly in the winter and I have to turn the heat up, not sure how others are excessively hot? Yes, maintenance has had to enter for furnace filter replacement and fiber optic install, but they've provided notice well over 24 hours every time by email. Clearly the ones complaining clearly don't check email. The maintenance is very responsive and all my issues have been addressed same week. In fact, when it was 100 degrees and my ac went out, maintenance was up in 10 minutes and ready to call an in call hvac during non office hours so I didn't have to suffer. 4 stars because the smaller building parking lot does fill up early and they charge a lot for underground parking. They lose a star on that. However, overall, this place is quiet, maintenance is responsive, and its your usual apartment complex where you hear people coming and going in the hallway and above you. I can't speak to deposit complaints as I have not moved out yet. In fact, I would continue to lease here as I have had a overall pleasant experience.”

“I have lived at Lexington Hills (Lexington & Jefferson/Mac Grovland) for seven years. It's a lovely well-managed property. The rent is reasonable the management is responsive. I don't intend to move anytime soon. Its pet-friendly the people are, too.”
