3020 On the Rail is a family-run apartment complex and business center in the heart of Minneapolis's Prospect Park neighborhood, located just a half block from the Green Line light rail. It is a quiet and safe place to live. The apartments are spacious, in great condition, and laid out wonderfully with great natural light, featuring large balconies, huge windows, and open floor plans. Amenities include a fitness center, grill and outdoor green space, heated underground parking, bike storage, and in-unit washer/dryer. Above all, the management is excellent, attentive, friendly, and kind. They are quick to respond to maintenance requests and concerns, and communication is always prompt. The building is kept clean and the property is well cared for. Tenants highly recommend 3020 On the Rail as a great and favorite place to live.
