βGreat service and very quick. The wait for the part was a little distressing but that was not BPβs fault it was the dealer who kept saying they would send it for 3 weeks and never did. Once it came in, I was informed and given a timeline and it was done a day before the scheduled date.β

The work was done so quickly and they always started my car at my scheduled appointment times. I would recommend this location for your car care needs. βThey have a Lebanese deli that is all excellent, with a variety of delightful foods, and many gluten free selections, and vegetarian choices. My first time tried the grape leaf wraps on a lunch break, and went back there after work to get items to bring home. I stop in weekly for a bag of several delicious items, nice people there too.β
βI've gone to Brausen for years with the three vehicles now. I have always been impressed with their quality of work, friendliness, and honesty. I recently bought a new (used) vehicle and they took the time outside of the inspection (which was very thorough) to help me understand what to look for and how to make sure I was getting a good deal. They greet me by name when I call or walk in and make the whole experience feel welcoming and pleasant. It's clear they hold themselves to a very high standard and it really shows in the work they do.β
βCame here after being disappointed from Smoke Den Tabacco near White Bear Lake. The owner or employee here was so friendly. Got to even try out the vape inside after I bought it and he already had the confidence of "Go for it. I know it's guna be good."And it was! He even knows his products and explained to me how to work the GeekBar's pulse and close at the bottom saying I'd get more hits if i kept it in the middle. It was even CHEAPER than what I originally paid for at the other one. Thanks for making my day!! 10/10 I recommend!β
βI use the app Gas Buddy. Costco was 21 cents cheaper than other stations in that area yesterday. For curiosity I looked up my Costco and it was 6 cents more. Another thing I found out was I could use my Costco card on my phone. That was slick. Wish they had diesel like Sam's Club club. Our truck uses diesel.β
βBusy place but I'm a member and grateful for Costcos' stance of continuing their DEI!!!! As I now Boycott Walmart, Target & those who have cowered to Fascism/Oligarchy; Costco is a second of true American hard fought democracy! Bravo!β

βI called after asking for a price and time frame on getting my catalytic converter replaced. They let me know right away they could get it taken care of on Thursday and it was Monday when I called. I dropped off my vehicle that day and they had it ready by lunch time on Thursday. Was up front friendly and was half the price of victory auto and glass. This shop seems to care about you I will be coming back.β

βEast Hennepin Auto Service in Mpls is my absolute favorite for vehicle care. Their exceptional service is unparalleled, ensuring my vehicle always runs at its best. I recently brought vehicle in for brakes, oil change and alignment. They were up front on pricing and kept me in the loop on progress and was in and out same day.

βJust stopped in here to put a few bucks in my tank. Andrew (The Cashier) had seen my Ol' dog in the front passenger seat through the window, and sent me back out with a couple dog treats for him. He also let me know anytime I got my dog with me to just go head and bring it up and they will give a couple treats to bring back out to em! Great guy, great store!β
βAll pay-at-the-pump with the Sam's Club app. Good price usually, and we haven't had any issues with quality. Sometimes the lines can get long, as not all the customers move very efficiently.β

βAbsolutely fantastic service. Showed up last minute, without a appointment, having to get my front breaks done. Already had the pads and rotors purchased. They were able to get me in fast and have me done by 1 in the afternoon. No surprises or needless "upgrades" they gave me a price (which was cheaper then any ither person i had gotten quotes from) before doing any work, and stuck to it. Al was nice and had fantastic customer service. Will definitely be our main mechanics from now on.β

βLove this place! I purchased work gloves here, and when I opened them, they ended up being two right hand gloves, no leftie. They let me exchange them for a different pair the next day even though I didn't have the tag or receipt. I really appreciated it. Gas has always been a little cheaper here than others close by too!β
βI actually goto the smoke shop right next to here, which has a full tobacco selection, including lots of pipes for use ranging from Marijuana use, to tobacco purposes and even glassware for using oil style incenses, also a full selection of reusable vape gear n one time use, disposable vape gear n liquids as well.β

βAfter my old car dropped this hot muffler next to the gas pumps, a kind young man said they'd lift up the car and see if returning home to Park Rapids in it put me in obvious danger. Sure enough, it had popped a hole in the gas tank and was leaking, and the sweet guys checked fluids and tires too! Got home safely thanks to the Sinclair station (by chance it was the very station I recalled from having a toddler's crush on the dinosaur mascot, I always begged Dad to get gas there! Now you can go pet the big green sculpture between the pumps.)β
