“I had been waiting nearly an hour for my roadside assistance company to help when I finally gave up on them and called for a tow. R&S was onsite in 15-20 minutes. The driver was friendly and worked quickly to get my car where it needsd to go. This kind of service is very much appreciated, especially on a freezing cold morning.”
“This crew is amazing. They are quite knowledgable and when ask to do an additive, they confirm if it is approved or not. Have been going here for about 3 years now and I have nothing bad to say. Ale runs a great ship.”

“Daughter’s car started losing power driving up Rice Street on her way home from work. Met her and we were able to limp it to the Good Neighbor Automotive parking lot after hours. We filled out the drop off request and put the key in the slot. I called at 7:30 the next morning and they were already working on it. They called back an hour later saying it was fixed! About half what I was expecting to pay. Found my new go to repair shop!”
