“I went to this shop because I had a coupon for a free oil change. Never heard of this place before. I'm used to jiffy lube or the 5 minute places. This shop was so clean and nice! I was worried about having to being my toddler with, but the staff in the lobby were very welcoming to her, even offering her snacks! The service was pretty quick too! The kind staff really helped make a trip with a toddler less stressful, especially as she was wandering around the entire lobby 😂 we will definitely come back for the next oil change!”

Although my car was totaled and didn't end up getting any body work done, I will be bringing any damaged vehicle I ever have here and recommending them to anyone who will listen. The customer service I received was amazing. Having never been in an accident, they explained the process and offered support. Joe thoroughly explained the damage on my vehicle and answered all of my questions. Genuinely can't say enough good things. In a world where you never know who you can trust or who may be trying to just make an extra buck, I would absolutely trust my vehicle with Wayne Val.”
“Daughter’s car started losing power driving up Rice Street on her way home from work. Met her and we were able to limp it to the Good Neighbor Automotive parking lot after hours. We filled out the drop off request and put the key in the slot. I called at 7:30 the next morning and they were already working on it. They called back an hour later saying it was fixed! About half what I was expecting to pay. Found my new go to repair shop!”
“Just had my 2016 Traverse worked on, the guy on the phone was great, answered all my questions asked follow up questions. Did a drop off the night before, they called the next day with a diagnosis of the issues and had it fixed by end of day for what I think was a very fair price. I have been searching for a great local shop and will definitely be bringing my vehicles back.
Only negative is the parking lot is a little busy, but really not that big of deal.”

“I had been waiting nearly an hour for my roadside assistance company to help when I finally gave up on them and called for a tow. R&S was onsite in 15-20 minutes. The driver was friendly and worked quickly to get my car where it needsd to go. This kind of service is very much appreciated, especially on a freezing cold morning.”
