“We became members of the marina early this summer storing our new boat in their dry stack. We cannot say enough good things about this marina and all their staff. Their level of customer care and attention to detail is absolutely top notch. In only one month I have probably a dozen examples where they exceeded my expectations. I want to provide one specific example from this past weekend that stood out to me. We recently purchased a new jet boat and are just getting used to it. We had to take it in for service from the dealer we bought it at (routine initial 10 hr service). The dealer failed to tell us some specific important things to reconnect before going back on the water. When we went back on the water on Sunday (Aug 11th) we had an incident where our boat took a lot of water onboard in a matter of about 2 mins. We called the emergency line at the marina and they worked quickly to get us off the water and fix the situation so we could go about enjoying our day. I was anxious (because of how quickly we took on a lot of water and I had no idea what the issue was) and I wasn’t the most patient of customers but they handled us with grace and understanding. Additionally, our young daughter panicked and was really scared to go back out on the water. Todd & Joe made some recommendations to us and helped get her comfortable to go back out. These guys did not have to do this but it was clear they cared for us and her. I went back to the marina the next day to work on a couple things on my boat and Brett (another employee) immediately asked me about my daughter and if she was doing better. He wasn’t even there on Sunday but it was clear they visited in their morning meeting about us and he took the time to check in as well. Like I said, this is just one example of the several we’ve experienced there in our month as new customers. They have so much patience with us as we learn the ins and outs of our new boat. “Gave them a call an asked if they mount used tires because 90% of tire places won’t mount used tires they had no problem doing them dropped them off at 7pm an they were done an ready to go next morning great service an great ppl would definitely recommend if you need some new or used tires put on they are they place.”

“Simply the best car wash. Just came back from a 3400 mile trip to Nevada with so much bug smash baked onto the front of my truck that the bumper and mirrors looked furry. Without being asked, the staff at the car wash pre-treated the entire front end of the truck, and pre-washed, and scrubbed it multiple times to get everything off. I've never had a car wash do such a great job getting rid of baked on bugs as these folks.”
“There are long lines, but people know to move fast. Two cars line up to the two stations in a line, and both of the cars leave together after putting in gas, then the next two cars proceed together. It's pretty systematic, taking less time to put gas than before. Of course, the price is good m.”

“Probably my favorite gas station, and earned my loyalty. I stopped by to put a few fresh gallons of gas in my convertible before getting it ready to be winterized when my battery died and I couldn't get it started again at the pump. I popped inside and asked the lady working at the counter (who happened to be the owner/manager) if they could give me a jump. She was beyond friendly and helpful and took a lot of time out of her day to try jumping my car. When it still wouldn't get started, she offered to give me a ride back to my house so I could get another vehicle. Really beyond helpful and accommodating. I see they have some older reviews that aren't great - I'll also point out that in talking to her they had been leasing this station to someone else for the past 10 years and then the family took it back over just this past year. They have done such a nice job with the place, the inside is very clean and nice and they just put in all new gas pumps and new concrete. A great and convenient place to grab gas or the essentials with top notch customer service.”

“I have been coming to this particular location for service on my car for almost ten years. The service is always consistent, friendly, and they are ethical. Last year I had an issue with my car that needed to be done by the dealorship due to a patent issue. I was SO appreciative of their ethics, honesty, and due diligence.
Fast forward to this year, I had a small repair on my car and I worked with Austin M. He displayed the highest degree of professionalism, warmth, customer service that is first class. There is customer service where you needs are met and no complaints (great) then there is customer excellence, where he goes above and beyond you expectations to ensure you are satisfied. I am SO impressed with this level of service. Thank you!!”

“Shay is the best man for the job at installing trailer hitches. He knows what he is doing and they actually lowered the estimate I initially received. Marcus, the hitch estimator knows his stuff. I will never go anywhere else.
Shay determined that it was too rusty to do it safely. He said somebody else could weld something on but it wouldn’t be as secure. THAT is what I like in a service center.”

“I stop in this BP 3x a week to buy a large cocoa/coffee. The clerk Nick is so friendly, funny & sweet. The store is always very clean and well stocked. This BP also has a bakery, deli and hot foods. Their beef stew is awesome.”
“I had 2 license plate screws break off the back and needed to get my license plate on. After weeks of it taped in the back window, on a whim I stopped at this BP and talked with Todd (owner/manager?). He said, "do you want me to just take care of it now?". Sure!! 4 minutes and 6 dollars later, my plate is on and perfect!! He just went right next to the old holes, and drilled new ones.”

“Locally owned gas station that was recently remodeled. If you have to choose a gas station in Long Lake definitely would go here. Much cleaner than speedway. They do lunch specials with food that was prepped and made that day instead of just microwaved like other gas stations.”
