I went in with my spouse to pay the remaining balance off of our phones and upgrade them, we got accessories such ans screen protectors, camera protectors and cases and I also got a new pair of air pod pros. I tried calling a few times before headed over there since I live in Fairmont to make sure they had the phone I wanted in stock and no answer, I drove over there and unfortunately they didn’t have the phone and “it could be shipped” which I could have done at home but I’m impatient and didn’t want to wait.
We get the phones and ready to pay, the manager comes up and tries to sell up protections and services we don’t want or need and tries to persuade us into getting them. I get it’s their job to sell but don’t pressure your customers into something they don’t want especially when they have their mind made up already. I just wanted to upgrade my phones and leave nothing more nothing less. I’m thinking the next time I upgrade I will most definitely shop online instead.
I miss the Fairmont store, they were so nice and helpful, didn’t make me feel pressured and I was out of there in 45 minutes or less.

I paid my phone 2 days early and it still got shut off. When I call the number it says that I have the money in the account. They just aren't processing it when I called the store. The lady was yelling at me and hung up on me. When I spoke to the manager, he just told me to leave a review. I would recommend going to any other store but this one absolute garbage

Went in looking for options on a new phone. Guy was not helpful and was very dismissive. When I asked what the advantage would be to switch to the phone he suggested, his response was, "well you're the one who came in here". Offered no other information or response, such as the features of the phone. Hard to believe this is called customer service. Verison, here I come.

Horrible experience at Mankato AT&T store. Went in had issues with no phone service the guy didn’t want to hear what we already tried online. Discussion ends with I might as well throw this phone away and see what Verizon has with a response from workers just saying ok. Sat in AT&T parking lot with a guy from tech support that was great and fixed my issue. Avoid the Mankato store.

The help is there, IF you can get in. I was there on a Thursday evening and there was only one associate working. There were 5 people ahead of me waiting to be serviced. I was desperate because I wasn't getting any signal whatsoever in our area all of a sudden. Could not make or receive phone calls, could not semd or receive messages. The associate was very slow, and there was another customer who came in after me. After no help or seeming progress with the entire situation, the other waiting customer and I exchanged irritated glances and decided to leave. I'm determined to leave to go to Verizon when my contract is up.I'm paying a lot of money for nothing.

Very disappointed. Purchased a new phone was having trouble with some apps. Went back to store to have them help me They were all busy helping other customers Which i understand. None of them even Acknowledged me. So I waited till my turn So I thought Then more customers came in and got served ahead of me. So I waited patiently for about an hour. Then asked this guy named Angel what is going on here. He told me that I wasn't there first priority. So I guess if they ain't selling Somethin to Make money on You are not important. What a waste of time.

I just called and this guy answered didn’t say his name I called cuz I’m having phone problems and I used to go to fairmont but the moved to Mankato and he hung up on me… I’m very disappointed… won’t ever call them again

Antonio was amazing! My daughter dropped her iPad, and the screen shattered. He totally took care of my insurance claim, and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Plus, I got a free upgrade with the new iPad they're sending me!!

I have had a very bad experience with the Mankato At&T Actually not with their staff but with the AT&T system. I cannot talk to people who sold me a phone and told me to contact them when I received the phone. All I can get is the Mumbai delegation who cannot connect me with a store ten miles from where I live. And this is a communicants company? Maybe time to move over to another provider. Very poor service. They will sell you something then disappear.
