I'd submitted my insurance claim incorrectly through the app, and before he even let me schedule Michael let me know of the error, saving me from paying an unneeded deductible. He was also extremely helpful in getting the claim corrected, and the service was done within the day when I dropped it off. The entire team was professional, timely, and kind.”

“Update: I stopped in after the owner responded to my review and had a nice conversation with him. He mentioned that he looked into the issue and found some defective parts in the car wash that are now on order and will be replaced soon. I will stop in again once that is fixed and hoping that will deliver some better results.

“I have never been disappointed in my services at Snell auto wash. They do such a good job when I get my diamond details and my car is always shiny and clean after going thru the car wash. I love that they dry off my windows and do my door jams if I need them done! Keep up the good work.”
