“I'm from the extreme southeast corner of Wisconsin. I was recently in Mankato for my son's surgery at the Mayo Clinic. On the day of his surgery on my way to the hospital, my low tire light went on. I was sfraid I had picked up something while driving through a couple of construction zones and didn't need more to worry about. A friend called Miller's and was told to bring it in when I had time. Andy greeted me with a big smile and said my car would be ready within 30 minutes. I was so happy that he fit me in his busy schedule and fixed my tire so quickly. Andy and his friendly staff were amazing. It is a pleasure to give Miller's a 5 star rating.”

I had a 9 AM appointment at my original mechanic for two snapped bolts on my truck's suspension kit, but they bumped me despite my urgent road trip plans. I walked out and called Austin's right away—they got me in immediately and had the whole extraction and the two hour replacement job done by lunch. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly knew their stuff; they handled the tricky frame access like pros without any hassle. “Scott did an excellent job taking care of some minor damage to my car including a damaged front bumper, paint chips, panel realignment from some poor prior work of another, and some larger scratches on the rear fender. Scott was willing to approach the job in a realistic manner that didn't involve work costing more than the car (as another body shop suggested) and is still excellent. The price was fair, and under the budget I gave.”

“Please allow me to say this ...
This is one of the most honest tire shop that I've been to.
I had a premature wearing tire on my semi. So I had called several name brand places Goodyear, T/A's to see if they would mount a near new spare tire on my steer position, and they wouldn't unless it was new. In which case if I bought it from them, then it would'vebeen ok. (Keep in mind that a new steer tire after service & taxes would cost you in upwards of $800.00. ) So after being told this several times, I decided to call a local trustworthy tire shop, and there I asked if they would do it, and the reply was yes. They gave me an estimate that was reasonable (approximately $120.00. So I hurried down there, and they immediately went to work. I was only there for maybe 45-50 minutes.
The service was phenomenal, and the prices were affordable.
I can say that I feel as though I'm cheating them with 5 stars, when their service should get 10 stars.
(I was once in the tire business for over 17 years, and I've gotta say this ....
I strongly recommend them !!!!”

We were out of town. They actually came a mile up to pick us up from enterprise and got us a car in 30 minutes so we can make it. They were so kind.”

“Quoted me $3,300 initially. I told them I had a warranty that may cover some but they had to call the warranty company. After he called the warranty company he called me back to tell me he “messed up” my quote and it would be $1000 more than original. I made a payment using a debit card and he did not mention they charge the customer the processing fee so that added an additional $93.50 that was never disclosed to me. On top of that my car now makes a weird sound that it was not making before they had it. Would not recommend. Go literally anywhere else.
Update: reached back out due to a wire harness that was not hooked back up. They pushed everything to the side to get me in first thing in the morning. They were very professional on the phone and apologetic for the issue. Still upset about the quote situation but they will at least own up to their work.”
