“I went through the car wash with my jeep a few times and I noticed a ton of new scratches that weren’t there before..I was thinking maybe it came from something else but didn’t know what..well I went through again yesterday and I’m very particular about my jeep and now I notice another new giant scratch on the hood of my jeep..I’ve been trying to call to reach someone but nobody will answer! I’m so pissed right now! Paid $18 to scratch my vehicle up. Edit: so after leaving my review I was contacted by the manager, he offered to fix the scratches, he was very nice and professional. My jeep looks much better now. Thank you !”

“I interacted with 4 different people throughout an exchange, extension, and shuttle -- and everyone was awesome. As someone who travels extensively, I usually just go through the motions and occasionally a place like this stands out. They do have limited availability on vehicles and couldn't do a one-way which was a bummer, but the great service makes up for that. Plus they had a Rav4 for me which is my favorite rental to drive.”
