“My 4 stars is for service today. If I could I’d leave 2 stars for yesterday’s service. We were told it was easy to set up phones at home. It was not.
Today, in utter frustration I had to return to the store to get my new phone to work. I believe I was at the store 2 hours, Alex helped me. He was fabulous- calm, cool and collected. My phone was not doing what it was supposed to, it took more than once for Alex to get it to work, but he finally succeeded. Thank you Alex for doing what needed to be done to get it working. “I live in Mankato I moved here 2 years ago I'm so glad I did I went into spectrum today to get my bill paid when I realized that I needed a new phone because mines is cracked and broken I knew they had a promotion going on so I asked about what can I get a new phone for the rap named Ashmile . I believe it's how it's spelled help me in the most up customer service help I've ever experienced in all my experiences with internet and cable and cell phone.

“I went in to upgrade my phone today. I had always gone to the other location on Madison Ave. I highly recommend this location instead of the Madison Ave location. Tyler helped me today and he was fantastic! He checked different options to get me the best deal. Explained what he was doing, helped me set up my new phone and made sure everything was switched over to my liking. When finished, he let me know if I needed anything else, to please come back and they would be happy to help. The other employees were very friendly and struck up conversations with me when Tyler was working on things for me. I felt very welcomed and will certainly be doing my business here going forward.”
