“I have been a Jiffy Lube customer for a while now and I always get great service there and I never have to wait, Tony and the rest of the crew there are the best in the business hands down.”
“I can't recommend Austin's Auto Repair Center enough! I had a 9 AM appointment at my original mechanic for two snapped bolts on my truck's suspension kit, but they bumped me despite my urgent road trip plans. I walked out and called Austin's right away—they got me in immediately and had the whole extraction and the two hour replacement job done by lunch. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly knew their stuff; they handled the tricky frame access like pros without any hassle. My Ram 1500 is back in perfect order, and I'm all set for my drive without a worry. If you're in North Mankato and need reliable auto repair, these folks at 1620 Commerce Drive are the real deal—top-notch service that saved my day!”

“Quoted me $3,300 initially. I told them I had a warranty that may cover some but they had to call the warranty company. After he called the warranty company he called me back to tell me he “messed up” my quote and it would be $1000 more than original. I made a payment using a debit card and he did not mention they charge the customer the processing fee so that added an additional $93.50 that was never disclosed to me. On top of that my car now makes a weird sound that it was not making before they had it. Would not recommend. Go literally anywhere else.
Update: reached back out due to a wire harness that was not hooked back up. They pushed everything to the side to get me in first thing in the morning. They were very professional on the phone and apologetic for the issue. Still upset about the quote situation but they will at least own up to their work.”
“I had an appt. yesterday to get my Oil Change & Tires Rotated. I mentioned to Chase that I was in a hurry for an appt. He stated he would do what he could. He was amazing he got me out of there in a little over an hr. Thank you to Chase you were great. Vickie K”
“I always have a good experience here. The staff is consistently friendly, they walk me through what they’re doing, and the oil change is done quickly and correctly. It’s reliable every time.”
“These guys are a well oiled machine.
Impeccable service, friendly staff, looks like a very fun environment to work if I do say so myself with a team like that, and they threw in a 15% discount in a way to congratulate my recent engagement. Great guys. 5/5 service :P”

“Great customer service, even when I wasn't a customer. Jon was a pleasure to browse their inventory with, he's very knowledgeable and professional. Not pushy at all, more like heh thanks for stopping in and sorry we couldn't match you with something. Was a great experience all around and my wife and I appreciated that interaction immensely. We did however but accessories for our Buick through them and look forward to seeing them all again very shortly to get our purchased accessories. 12/10 would highly recommend!”
