“Quoted me $3,300 initially. I told them I had a warranty that may cover some but they had to call the warranty company. After he called the warranty company he called me back to tell me he “messed up” my quote and it would be $1000 more than original. I made a payment using a debit card and he did not mention they charge the customer the processing fee so that added an additional $93.50 that was never disclosed to me. On top of that my car now makes a weird sound that it was not making before they had it. Would not recommend. Go literally anywhere else.
Update: reached back out due to a wire harness that was not hooked back up. They pushed everything to the side to get me in first thing in the morning. They were very professional on the phone and apologetic for the issue. Still upset about the quote situation but they will at least own up to their work.”
“They live up to their name. They got out to my semi truck within 30 minutes (I was in town) and got me pulled out within just a few minutes of arriving. The total bill was very cheap, especially considering the extreme weather. They could have taken me for a ride financially, and I'm very grateful they did not. Absolutely give them a call if you're in the area.”

“In town for a limited time, it was a last second thought to get some parts for my car before leaving town, it wasn’t available to get them for hours and it would have delayed heading back home. Instead of insisting I stay at the shop so I could purchase from them, they found shops for us along the way home and found us a shop with fair prices that has what I need and printed out numbers for us. Very friendly all around”

“Did an absolute excellent job towing. Noted that the issue had previously been intermittent and when they dropped off the vehicle to the dealership, made sure that it’s tested right away to confirm that the issue was present. Absolutely awesome!”
