This is the only official UPS in Mankato. I have not had a bad experience. Only the occasional long line but I feel that is not this UPS' fault. Most people are not properly prepared to send their items. Be prepared to properly send your items

Went in today to ship something and Madison was very helpful.

I brought in a huge set of my mother’s dishes and asked them to pack and ship. They were absolutely fantastic! They were very communicative (I wasn’t in a rush and it took them about a week to finish) and the dishes arrived perfectly. The packing was really impressive. I would recommend them and will use them again....
