“Miscommunication on the part of the dealership as to the time I was supposed to show up and that I had planned to wait for my vehicle at the beginning of the visit caused a grumpy service advisor. He redeemed himself after he figured a few things out. I also sat in my car waiting for the door to open for about 5 minutes before I decided to just go in. I had never had service here before so it wasn’t clear what I was supposed to do. Service advisor was on a lengthy phone call which I can totally understand why I wasn’t noticed. When all was said and done this visit ended as an overall positive experience.”

“Ron's Auto Shop in Mankato is definitely the best small auto repair shop in the area I recently went to Ron's to have some work done on my vehicle and I realized Ron and his group of guys are the type of mechanics who are more interested in keeping your vehicle on the road and your wallet in your pocket that's a true small auto mechanic I've been lights of mechanics over the years and there is not a friendlier more experienced and knowledgeable shop owner that I have met who treats you like you've been coming there for years you've never spent a dollar there that's an awesome place if you ask me vehicle repair is always a stressful thing I have never had something fixed and felt so happy that it was fixed because of the service that I had received if hundred percent honest and loyal mechanics I believe”
