This is one of the most honest tire shop that I've been to.
I had a premature wearing tire on my semi. So I had called several name brand places Goodyear, T/A's to see if they would mount a near new spare tire on my steer position, and they wouldn't unless it was new. In which case if I bought it from them, then it would'vebeen ok. (Keep in mind that a new steer tire after service & taxes would cost you in upwards of $800.00. ) So after being told this several times, I decided to call a local trustworthy tire shop, and there I asked if they would do it, and the reply was yes. They gave me an estimate that was reasonable (approximately $120.00. So I hurried down there, and they immediately went to work. I was only there for maybe 45-50 minutes.
The service was phenomenal, and the prices were affordable.
I can say that I feel as though I'm cheating them with 5 stars, when their service should get 10 stars.
(I was once in the tire business for over 17 years, and I've gotta say this ....

“I placed an order for 4, Michelin Cross Climate 2 tires to be installed on my SUV. The night before my appointment I received a text that my order had been cancelled, with no explanation. I contacted customer service and spoke to the friendliest customer service representative I’ve ever talked too, (Eric), to try and figure out what the issue had been. After some discussion, Eric reached out to the Manager of the Mankato location. The next morning the Manager reached out to me before the store had even opened, and explained the situation. They ended up covering the installation, TPMS sensors, and threw in the Certificate Warranty service completely free. That is how you keep a customer for life! Tires were installed in less than 1 hour and I’m extremely happy with this location, and my new kicks!”
