“Ray and Max are great. Couldn’t be happier with them, after having done business with them over the past couple of years. They are honest, well-priced, great with communication, and do a professional and expedient job every time we have a truck up there.

This week I mentioned to Max & Ray that had a staple in my car tire and I asked if they’d be willing to patch it - they said to bring it by and they’d take a look. Pulled it in their shop and let the tech see what he could find. After talking with Ray for about 15 minutes in the lobby the tech came up and said he got it. Not only was it quick, but they wouldn’t take anything for it. Because of that kind of service and kindness, every tire I put on a truck or my car, will be done here.

“My husband and I visited the Mankato location around noon. Even though there was a line, all the workers were super friendly and multiple employees thanked us for our patience. Once it was our turn, we were offered other services which we appreciated. We were greeted with a handshake and a smile which isn't a behavior I've seen at many businesses. Working in customer service myself, I was so elated to see such great service. Even with them being busy, they still added new tires within a hour!
