“Excellent sales and service team all around. We were stepping into a new level of tech for my son’s XC MTB racing. From the sales team making sure we were sizing for a couple years of growth-spurt use, to the service team helping us understand how to maintain tubeless tires, we had a great experience with Freewheel Minnetonka and will be back for the next ride.
Oh… and HUGE bonus points for the single track they built around their property to test the bikes on—complete with obstacles and a tricky rocky berm. Love it!”
“The guy who helped me was super nice! I didn’t catch his name unfortunately but he was very helpful! I use an e-bike, but the helmet I was using was also my helmet from when I was like 13. Didn’t even have the colored plastic glued on the top anymore. Definitely not the best option for an e-bike as an adult. So I went to buy a new one and this guy was very helpful in finding me a proper adult helmet within a decent price range. When I checked out, he offered to toss the box for me so I could wear the helmet home. Even clipped the plastic tag off for me! So nice!

“Outstanding Service!! I made a last minute decision to purchase a bike rack for my crossover hours before a road trip. Got a Thul Apex which holds 4 bikes. Bob not only installed it for me on the spot, he also walked me through the entire how-to process from installing and securing the device to safely mounting our bikes, and provided tips for ensuring an easy, safe, and smooth process so we could hit the road in short order! I showed him pictures of our bikes, and good thing I did because one bike frame has no top bar, so Bob recommended a frame adapter; this made it possible to mount that bike and had I not known, I would have had to leave that bike behind. Thank you very much, Bob! You helped make our last trip of the season a great success!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ERIK’S! I also learned a lot about the quality of bikes; no more Amazon bikes for us 😁!”

“I was pleased with the service work done for me in Maple Grove Mn. I had to get a new seat post for my new bike seat. The gentleman made sure he sold me the correct size seat post and he also installed the seat on the post before I left the store for no charge. Excellent customer service and very kind.”
