    “Amazing staff, especially The Store Manager. Super helpful, can definitely tell he’s the store manager before asking. Every time I come in, he’s there. Music is great. I don’t know what the review about the music not being family friendly is about. This is literally a hot topic. As long as the “bad words” are beeped out, what’s the problem? Anyways, got some awesome shirts and REALLY nice jewelry for my face! The only unfortunate thing I witnessed was a child hit the store manager at checkout and the parents did nothing. He stayed professional and didn’t say much but for the kid to not be behind the desk, and even at that, he asked nicely. After he asked for the kid to not be behind there, he hit the manager.”

The person working there felt like shopping with a girlfriend and showed us Eras Tour pics!!! New favorite store.     “Bought earrings from Here when they had the buy two get two free. I asked the employee what earrings are good for sensitive ears and they told me titanium. I got the titanium earrings and within a couple days, I had a bad reaction. These earrings are not titanium. And it sucks because I tossed my receipt. Never had an issue with real titanium earrings, but Spencer’s earrings are not for people with sensitive ears. UPDATE: I was able To get a refund and the response was pretty fast. I appreciate Spencer’s for that and will most definitely purchase from them again (just not earrings)”

    “I called once thinking you guys had boxes of rags for sale for my gallery. I was wrong and felt ashamed of myself. A few weeks later I went in and bought some clothes and I was blown away by the fantastic sales crew. They were very helpful and they didn't judge me by my appearance which was awfully considerate. I bought some beautiful flannels and dashing jeans. 5/5.”
