I was told to come in and try on the new boots to make sure everything fit properly. When I got to the store, Jason helped me try on the new boots and make sure everything fit as it should. He then helped me pick out the proper oil and cleaning supplies. Jason was quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be shopping here from now on!”
“I had purchased some shoes online from DSW. There were some issues with the shoes. I think it was not the shoes itself. Maybe just how they were made but it was super easy to walk inside and just return the shoes. The staff made it very easy, especially during the busy holiday season.”
