“This Speedway always has a friendly and helpful staff. Decent selection of products and the Speedy Rewards program is a great deal for regular customers. The only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 is that this location is currently understaffed, meaning that some products are not stocked or maintained, and hours may vary at the last minute. This isn't a slight against the good hard-working people of this location, but it can be frustrating when they are unexpectedly closed due to staffing.”

“Very good experience each time at CVS/Target in Maple Grove, MN. They fill and refill prescriptions quickly and efficiently. They are willing to text me if I am shopping in the store. Much more pleasant experience than the pharmacy that we used to go to.”

“I generally like Holiday. Fair selection of items.
I was there tonight at 9pm and the cashier (a taller gentleman) rang my items up, then walked away as I was paying with my credit card, lol. He was saying to his coworker he wanted a break. I had 3 items but realized he didnt charg me for the grapes. Oh well, what could I do. He walked away before I was even done paying! My bad for not saying anything but I wasnt gonna call him back to ring in the item he missed. He didnt seem real interested in his job anyways. Maybe scanning 3 items was just too much work?! ;)
But honestly, management probably needs to teach this guy some customer service skills!!”

“We came here while we were out of town due to forgetting a medication at home. The pharmacy staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to contact our insurance to get an override. They were within 30 minutes of closing, and on a holiday! AMAZING service. I'm super appreciative of everything they did.”

“Very happy and thankful for their on call ARNP to take care of non emergency illness. I had an eye infection. Their Medical Asst. and Nurse Practitioner were a well synchronized team that got me in, evaluated(triaged), and diagnosed in under an hour and the pharmacy had me out the door in 15 minutes after the ARNP sent them the Rx. My eye healed and I wasn't tied up fir hours in an ER. THANK YOU CVS for having excellent patient care on premises. Will pen it ON MY PHONE for future medical needs that do not require the ER.”

My insurance covers most of my medications but one due to brand name (insurance I know) but she gave me a discount card, talked to me about pricing and offered to order one that was a different brand that insurance would cover that they're out of stock of. Super thoughtful, sadly I couldn't wait and needed it ASAP so had to eat the bill but thank you Nikki!”

“Sometimes the drive-through can move quickly and others you can leave your heart and soul injured because you spent more than 20 minutes easy.
The phone system allowing to leave a message is a move in the right direction. The technology with coupons is still a problem, constantly trying to have them always activated on phone instead of printing, but many times they will still print. They do get scripts done for the most part in a timely fashion except around holidays, then they may get behind.”
