The fluorescent lights are too unnaturally colored and bright, and the shoes are arranged oddly in the endless rows making it even harder to find anything. If you have sensory sensitivities, I would avoid this store.

I have been going here for years and taking advantage of their many member rewards. The last time I came I swore would be my last. The manager was unbelievably rude; somehow making it my fault that the hours were incorrectly listed on google (it takes 30 seconds to correct), incorrectly citing the rewards program, and sarcastically wishing me a good evening.
Reluctantly, I went back. The floor manager I had this afternoon 11/23/24 was one of the most wonderful people I have ever interacted with. Good sense of humor, helping multiple customers at once, directing her staff with positive reinforcement and grace, not making me feel like an idiot when I did made two boneheaded actions. Wonderful experience and I will be back.

Great place to shoplift new shoes from. Just leave your old kicks in the box and get the same color. Their loss prevention is pretty just non-existant. Here are my new 85$ vans. To get the magnetic tag off just double up a shoelace and twist it around the metal pin and yank super hard every 5-10 loops. The shoelace literally pushes the tack out

Not a single employee on the floor for a long period of time. Waited in check out line just to speak to someone, and they were very slow, unhelpful, and didn’t seem to recognize that there was a line.
