“I am hoping this is correct? I am recognizing a person at the CPAP supply store in Maple Grove. This was a month ago but I haven’t been in this store for quite a while. They seem to have a high turnover here. I think I know why. When I arrived the kindest person in the world greeted me, I think her name was Sherence? Or Sherie? Shuurece. I think my receipt said 421, or 426 that helped me with my CPAP supply order. This beautiful and kind lady exemplifies what customer service should feel like. I was so happy to receive excellent customer service as I feel in today’s world it is non-existent. This lady made my day, I had the best day after my visit. I was on a high of positivity after leaving her. What an impact she had on me. God bless this woman to infinity!!!!”
