Most doctors just blow you off an think you have no idea what you are talking about. I would rather drive an extra distance an go somewhere that has people who will listen.”

“Went for a TSA Precheck application completion and the process was seamless! The door itself is a bit tricky to find but there are signs at the entrance of the parking lot to direct. My appointment took no longer than 10 minutes and the woman working was very friendly and explained everything well! I’m not sure how to spell her name, (Laurecia or Laureesha?) but extra kudos to her!!”

“I am hoping this is correct? I am recognizing a person at the CPAP supply store in Maple Grove. This was a month ago but I haven’t been in this store for quite a while. They seem to have a high turnover here. I think I know why.
When I arrived the kindest person in the world greeted me, I think her name was Sherence? Or Sherie? Shuurece.
I think my receipt said 421, or 426 that helped me with my CPAP supply order.
This beautiful and kind lady exemplifies what customer service should feel like. I was so happy to receive excellent customer service as I feel in today’s world it is non-existent.
This lady made my day, I had the best day after my visit. I was on a high of positivity after leaving her. What an impact she had on me. God bless this woman to infinity!!!!”

“My primary (Dr. Kara Parker) ⅞Is located here. Since 2020's Covid-19 epidemic I have unfortunately had the need to tra youel this location MANY times! While the surrounding neighborhoods are not the best you could hope for, and there's quite a bit of construction, it is DEFINITELY MY GO TO CLINIC/LOCATION and I would not hesitate to send anyone here for any reason! Great staff all around, quick turnaround times for your appts. A very efficient pharmacy, free parking, and many very experienced doctors and their supporting staff make this a clinic worth the effort of getting to! 100% stand by my comments and reviews of this location!”

“The front desk was very kind, went above and beyond for another person there also for a walk in and they gave me a very accurate wait time until I would see a provider. It was a little over an hour wait but what I am used to for a walk in urgent care during a high peak flu season. I will do the online save a spot in line next time which they kindly told me about for in the future. The provider, Danielle Swanson, was very kind to me and my toddler. She was knowledgeable, relatable and patient. For my first time ever using the urgent care, I was impressed. Thank you!”
