“This clinic has doctors who will actually take the time to listen to what you have to say an that is not something you see very much of anymore!! Most doctors just blow you off an think you have no idea what you are talking about. I would rather drive an extra distance an go somewhere that has people who will listen.”

“Went for a TSA Precheck application completion and the process was seamless! The door itself is a bit tricky to find but there are signs at the entrance of the parking lot to direct. My appointment took no longer than 10 minutes and the woman working was very friendly and explained everything well! I’m not sure how to spell her name, (Laurecia or Laureesha?) but extra kudos to her!!”

Also, I'm usually in and out in under 10 minutes (probably closer to 5), even if there's 25 people ahead of me when I roll up. “My previous clinic (downtown mpls) closed and so I made an appointment with Janet for my annual checkup based on reading about her background and experience. I did have to wait a while past my appointment time to be seen, however the care I received was well worth it. The nurse that took my vitals was kind and warm, and asked good questions. She gave me my most painless flu shot I’ve ever had! I had prepared some health questions for Janet and she listened to all my concerns, and provided knowledgeable care. I did not feel like I was being rushed, and left knowing I had found my new doctor.”
“Usually they’re only a few min late, but today for some reason I waited almost an hour after my scheduled appointment time. They were busy so I get it, but I had a movie to make and almost 90 year old grandparents waiting in the parking lot for me. The nurse was SO SWEET, I didn’t get her name, but she is a black lady with dreads in two buns on her head and she was so nice and efficient and kind, she even put a gown on the bed knowing I didn’t need one. She needs a raise. Usually this clinic is great and I love my doctor, Doctor Vang, but they made me wait on the one day I didn’t have time.”
