POOR COMMUNICATION. Lost Trust in Firestone. Brought in vehicle for 4 new tires plus alignment at 8 a.m. 1145 a.m. got a phone call that car would be ready shortly and they would call when done. No call by 145 p.m. Called Firestone and they said it was being worked on and should be done shortly. 215 p.m. No call yet. Decided to be dropped off at Firestone and wait. When I walked in I was told it was being worked on and would be another 30 minutes. I saw my car parked on the side of the building at this time and questioned them twice if that was my car. He went back to work area and told me it was still being worked on. I went outside to see if it was my car on the side of the building within 10 minutes of being there and the car was gone and less then 5 minutes later a tech drove around the other side of building and parked in front. I do NOT appreciate being lied to. Now I wonder if an alignment was done at all but atleast the tires look new.

Hate hate hate this please
Before appointment I meet with representatives Firestone ask about my oil changes ( engine, transmission, rear def) they told me we can do everything, okay make it appointment for next day 9:00 am
But nobody take my car by 11 it still stay on the parking lot 👍🏻
Around noon some representative told me they can’t change transmission oil in my car because for that they need to a special tools ( special tools for Firestone probably a good company)
After that they told me I need to replace brake pads and suspension ok I told them it will be ready for 3 pm ? They told me yes of course
But surprise surprise it not ready I’m really upset
On 3:30 pm I already have appointment for my glass replacement it needs to be rescheduled ((((
I highly recommend never use Firestone in Maple Grove
To be continued….
Don’t trust Firestone reviews are fake will be ready to overcharged or if it happens you never can’t hear manager response

I had an excellent experience at Firestone Auto Care in Maple Grove thanks to the new manager, Damon. He is intelligent, honest, and truly puts the customer first.
Back in October, I had a total care inspection and was told my back brakes would need to be replaced soon. With winter approaching, I called to ask about dropping off my car and picking it up the next day. Damon went above and beyond—he offered to get me in and out before work so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced.
After reevaluating my brakes, Damon let me know they were still in good condition and didn’t need to be changed yet. He could have gone ahead with the replacement and made money, but instead he showed integrity and earned my trust. That kind of honesty is rare, and it’s exactly why I’ll continue bringing my car here.
Highly recommend Firestone Maple Grove and Damon’s leadership!

My daughter brought her car in for an oil change. Firestone drained most of the oil and sent her on her way. The oil was so low it didn’t register on the dip stick and the oil left in her car was still dirty. Her spark plug wires 3&6 were switched causing issues and repair bills. I would not recommend Maple Grove Firestone to anyone. I give this place zero stars.

I would not recommend this place. I paid 127.00 for them to tell me what I already knew. I let Larry know that something was draining my battery and wanted to find out how much it would cost. He said 127.00. First off I went to the wrong place. I had called TGK to get the inspection which would have been only 85.00 but since I was already at fire stone I went ahead and let them do the inspection for them to call and tell me everything but what I asked them to find. I was told if I wanted them to find out what was draining my battery is would be 170.00 per hour and they could notbgive me an estimate on how many hours that would take. I decided to take my car somewhere else where i wasn't donating my hard earned money. They only have one person that can work the front desk so it took forever to pick up my car. I have went here In the past. They are expensive but we're trustworthy. Never again!

I arrived at 8:30 a.m. for my 9 a.m. appointment, assured the parts would be ready. Instead, I wasted six hours waiting for the parts to finally arrive and be installed, all while dealing with tons of miscommunication. The 10% discount I received is nowhere near enough to make up for the time I lost, especially since I missed work. This was an incredibly frustrating and complete waste of my time.

My truck had a little shake in the steering wheel so I brought it in for an alignment. Upon checking out the truck they found that I also needed a ball joint, and control arm on the left side, which I paid over $1000 for. When I picked up my truck I noticed that the steering wheel now sits off to the right, and the truck veers severely while driving. This is 10x’s worse than it was to begin with. I called them back, and spoke with Chris the head technician and let him know the problem, and to tell him that I would be bringing it after work around 6pm. He then stated that the tech usually leaves about that time. After I stated my distaste he said that he would personally stay and Look at the truck. I got there an half hour earlier than expected only to be told by mark that Chris had left for the day even though he said he would personally fix my truck. There was another technician there that worked on the truck for 1.5 hours (until close) but still was unable to get the alignment straight so I had to make another appointment to bring it back a 3rd time. As of right now the steering wheel is completely off center, turning my steering wheel to the left causes a loud scraping noise around the left wheel well. I asked Mark what kind of compensation would he be giving me for all the extra time I had to spend there for something they should have gotten correct the 1st time and he said I’m a lifetime alignment member so I won’t have to pay for the additional service I needed to receive due to their errors, and they are unwilling to give any monetary compensation, not even in the form of a refund for the alignment that they have yet to get correct, or for me having to arrange the drop off for my truck around my work schedule, for something that should have been done correctly the 1st time. I have a few more days before I can bring it back but ultimately I have had a horrible experience with this place. I would never recommend!

Absolutely tried to scam me, I think despite significant knowledge and persistance I still walked away scammed.
Got an alignment, but my steering wheel wasn't centered afterwards. The tech had left, so I had to come back the next day to have it corrected.
They said they had done the alignment again but claimed the printer was broken when asked for the alignment sheet. Asked for a screenshot or photo or any other proof, was told no. Insisted on receiving proof and they brought my car back in and onto the rack for a 3rd time and magically the printer worked again, but the printout showed a significant adjustment, which shouldn't have been needed if they did the fix to the off-center steering wheel correctly, as they had JUST completed the alignment 20 minutes prior.
Worst of all, per my dashcam footage, it does not APPEAR (though I will acknowledge uncertainty due to dashcam coverage [front, rear, left rear wheel, right rear wheel]) that they actually adjusted anything other than the reflector deals that go on the wheels during an alignment (got it all set up, screen showed values, then they went to each wheel and pushed different directions on the reflector for about 1 minute at each wheel - that's not normal)...
I'm not convinced my car is correctly aligned even after 3 apparent alignments, and I'm completely convinced that something shady is going on, even if I'm not quite sure what actually happened. At the very least, they outright lied about the "broken" printer, but the only reason you would possibly do that is because you know it will show you didn't correctly complete the alignment.
Oh, and finally, they didn't adjust my front camber that was WAY off, claiming it wasn't adjustable. I went home, looked up the service manual from Tesla, and adjusted it almost into spec per the alignment sheet they eventually gave me. Admittedly, it's not super easy or precise, but if I could do it myself in half an hour at home, they could have too, and it would seem to me that was part of what I paid them to do.
When confronted with my concerns, they said they couldn't explain why it would happen this way and they would work with the tech to do better next time, but they weren't apologetic or otherwise helpful, the best they had was "no charge for redoing your alignment today" - better not be since you didn't do it correctly the first time (or the second or probably the third)
