“Honestly, I had been investigating a certain kind of couch I wanted. One with a chaise lounge and storage. When I saw this store I went in on the fly. I wasn’t expecting to purchase or find anything in addition to what I already had seen. Well, turned out, they have a huge selection of this type of couch, in many different options and colors. I bought it on site. That and two end tables and a coffee table. I would have bought floor lamps but didn’t see much variety. The sales person was so great and patient with me. I wish I remembered his name…. Anyway, my stuff is being delivered in a few days and I got exactly what I was looking for and even more options. And I want to add that my new bank card I had wouldn’t allow the purchase for limit reasons. The sales person was so patient while I called the bank etc. I ended up using their zero percent financing instead just to make it happen. Awesome experience. Great store!”

We had a few questions about pairing our new mattress with our older base. Dale provided immediate support and followed it up with a call the following day to make sure that everything was operating correctly.”

“I LOVE shopping at home goods. Best deals on really soft, cozy blankets, delicious candles, home organization tools, and holiday decor! New variety every time you shop. But the store is always busy, and they have a hard time keeping up with organization and product turnover, so it's sometimes hard to find things and maneuver around the store.”
“Hello! I just wanted to share my experience of shopping at this location last week, one day before Christmas Eve! I came in for a gift for my mother in law (very last minute, she’s so hard to shop for ?) and I had a very fussy baby in tow. It was really really cold, it was past nap time, I had already been to a few other stores in the area, we’d lost boots somewhere, she wouldn’t wear a jacket, I hadn’t thought to bring a stroller, I’m a first-time mom and I felt like I was really below average/failing miserably that day and short on patience. The women at this location we amazing, they took things to the counter so I didn’t have to struggle to hold everything, bagged and boxed it all up, we lost a sock somewhere in the store and they offered to search for it, and even helped me to my car in the freezing cold, waiting in the snow by my side so I could get the baby strapped in and warm before helping me load things. I am so grateful for their kindness, it was such a beautiful thing to have their help when they could tell I was struggling and overwhelmed. What they can't know is that I was doing this all on my own because my husband had recently had emergency spine surgery and we jsut hadn't had time. The power and strength of mamas helping mamas ♥️ above and beyond customer service and kindness - thanks so much to all!”
“This is my favorite JoAnn! I go once a week for yarn. They have the most variety of all the big box stores in the area- Hobby Lobby and Michael's combined. I get greeted and assisted every time I'm looking for something, their shelves are well-stocked, the associates are super friendly, and they have more variety than other JoAnn fabrics in the area.”
