“I always enjoy strolling through this store, as well as the one at Eden Prairie Center. I always find items that I don't see anywhere else, and the folks who work there are helpful but never overbearing. While I was at the Ridgedale store on 1/25/20, I found some cute ornaments on the clearance table. Otgon T. was working at the counter, and saw that I was carrying them around. She approached me with something in her hand, and told me that she saw that I liked those ornaments, and wondered if I had seen another set (same ornaments, just miniature) that she had. I was impressed and happy and impressed that she went out of her way to help me with a clearance item. I didn't need yet another reason to come back to shop again at Home & Beyond, but Otgon provided me with one anyway. A wonderful shopping experience!”

“Anna and Liz were amazing! They helped my boyfriend and I pick out the best dresser for our bedroom. All of the furniture is so gorgeous and I love that everything is so unique and always changing out. I stalk Instagram just to ensure the pieces I love stay put while I measure for them. “Westdale Floral did an AMAZING job with not only the floral arrangements I ordered for Valentine’s Day but also the CUSTOMER SERVICE was awesome. Basically they called to see if we were around as the flowers would have been ruined because of the outside temperature. So on the second attempt which was now Valentine’s Day, I had given them the wrong address. They went above and beyond to clear up what was clearly a mistake on my part to assure my wife received her flowers!”
