“2 room suite:Issues/poor observations:-Chosen for having EV chargers - They weren't turned on and the front desk did not know how to turn them on. They finally turned them on at 7am which was a bit late for an overnight charge.-Some rooms face the interstate and would be a bit louder noise levels (our room was not this way)-AC is extremely loud and could not sleep with it on. Even turned off there was an air sound like a white noise machine on medium, at least I could sleep, but again, not quiet.-Ceilings are medium height yet the showers are installed at the lower point in the wall so anyone over 5'5" is ducking to get under the water.Quality items:Clean rooms/grounds - well kept courtyardGreat breakfast selection and quality. (See pictures for details)They are renovating but none of the renovations caused any inconveniences or annoyances.I did not use the pool or fitness center. The location is convenient.Overall nowhere near the level of what they charge for rooms at this time.Rooms: Clean, watch out for loud AC.Noteworthy details: Has EV charging if they know how to turn it on.”

“Wonderful employees. Checking in went smooth and breakfast crew were super kind and helpful. Was very busy upon check in but line moved fast. Lots of food options and plenty places to shop in area. Only downside is pool has special hours which we didn't know upon reserving room. Had to switch days last minute thankfully before they got booked up. Pool is only open on weekends and not Sundays after 12p. Much higher price while charging card than previously said on website. Was an additional $100 than previously shown on their website when they swiped my card. Definitely check the fine print and expect to pay over $300. Does include breakfast though and rooms were spotless.”

“I stayed here for a work training - Region III. It is beautiful! The conference area is great - it has a lot of space and separate areas.Rooms: The room I had had windows right next to the interstate. It was LOUD - I did not hardly sleep at all! If I had a room on the other side of the building, any other of the 3 sides, I'm certain I would have slept great. The rooms are big.Food & drinks: The food is really good at the restaurant! Lots of options. Super friendly staff.”

“Big thanks to Nico at the desk and Sheryl who served breakfast for their warmth and service. Those two made our experience so nice it was worth taking the time to come and leave positive feedback.”

“We were excited for a switch up in our routine but the concierge wasn’t very thrilled about being there. Made me feel weird. Also, our room had janky air conditioning that kept waking me up, a clogged drain so we were stepping in our dirty water the whole time while showering, not enough full bath towels and a subpar breakfast.Keys were also super fidgety. Two good things about our stay: Lucky 13’s & comfy bed.Definitely will spend my money somewhere else in the future.Noteworthy details: Attention to detail was definitely lacking!”

“Hygiene. Just being able to see a room is clean is a whole lot of comfort to me. Staff being attentive to help when something goes wrong. Even being transparent about the process to sort a problem if something can’t be fixed immediately. Having a peaceful stay!”

“This host is amazing! He is beauty in Beast mode, LOL. Don't let his swagger fool you. Because he doesn't have to. He has a friendly smile and can help with your hotel needs. And don't forget your free drink from 5:30-6:30 pm And an OK breakfast in the in the morning also. Plus, 15% off at the restaurant next door.Safety: All doors except the main front have to use a card key to enter.Food & drinks: Small selection of candies. Frozen pizza Hot pockets Red and white wine. There are a couple of choices of beer and seltzer. Pop/soda. Breakfast”

“The double bed option is a killer. The beds are too small, you need to offer queen sized beds as most other hotels do.We didn’t get cookies at checkin due to a large group arriving at the same time but when we asked later on, were provided with a few extra as a thank you for our patience.Rooms: Rooms are small if traveling with more than 2 people. Double beds and a smaller bathroom make for cramped quarters.Nearby activities: Plenty of dining and shopping options available to meet your needs. Several walkable.Food & drinks: Breakfast buffet was ok. Eggs protein and potatoes. Wish more fruit options or yogurt were offered for our large group.”

“Just there for a day conference as a PCA for my client, but there are many issues. First, the handicap accessibility is lacking on the public restrooms; doors are heavy and weighted to close, no handicap door openers. Plus, the restrooms are too small to easily maneuver a wheelchair around in and safely access the handicap stall. As my client had other friends staying at the hotel, we found out that handicap rooms are furthest from the conference rooms and closer to the pool area. This poses a problem for those without a motorized mobility device to get to the events they want because of distance. When I brought up my concerns to the management, I was informed that the hotel was built in 1983, so it wouldn't have to have those features. I found this to be a poor excuse for not upgrading to meet ADA requirements.”

“Scott the manager is a great guy nice clean rooms and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They always make sure that everything is just right for you and if you ever have a problem you can always go and talk with any one of the front desk people or Scott and they'll make it right.”

“The hallway itself had large black spots and smelled like they were cooking ethnic rice down the hallway. When I walked into the room it had a funky smell the furniture was chipping the ceiling was falling apart with mold.”

“me and my lover met here for New years, and we had a blast. The room was as expected. the only thing I could say was I wished there were more towels. The gentleman at the front desk was nice enough to put me on the 3rd floor when I said, "Please don't put me on the first floor, so I thank him for that." We both have stayed here together in the past and never had any problems with the room or the employees. we would definitely stay there again.”

“Positives---Location, comfy beds, freshly baked cookies in front lobby. Two pools on site, hot whirlpool. Friendly staff, Kelly Mc is excellent and clearly enjoys working with people.Concerns: Secondary outside doors not locked at night, no towels in pool area, no phone in room, customer service is by text. This would concern me if I were an elderly traveler who didn't have or know how to use a cell phone. No clock in the room or the pool area. Breakfast worker did not speak English, not his fault at all,. He needs an English speaking co-worker or mentor. Breakfast fruit featured apples only. No yogurt available.Bottom Line: The stay was good. There are many competitive options nearby that I will likely use in the future.Rooms: Room with king bed was spacious, and comfortable. Nice rain-type shower with nice bathroom products, hair dryer, ironing board and iron.Safety: Right off the freeway, easy to get to. Plenty of parking. No traffic noise, although there was significant noise from other guests.Walkability: You walk to your car, that is it. You need to drive or get an Uber to get anywhere.”
