“We had Paul do the tiling for our 3/4 bathroom. He basically did a complete shower build as well as flooring and trim tile. Paul did a beautiful job, often working late nights and weekend days to finish on time. He even fixed our sink, a broken window, and a few other repairs that he was under no obligation to fix; and he did it without us even asking. He even got rid of the old shower that we ripped out and cleaned up our garage even cleaner than how it was when he started. I can’t say enough good things about Paul, he is the most hard working person I have met. Very kind, generous, local guy and all for a very fair price. Paul is Ukrainian and still has family he supports back in Ukraine. He is very responsive anytime I texted or called him. He explains everything he does and why and I trust that the project was done right without any shortcuts. “Quality of the flooring we received was great. The frustrating part was waiting for the product for 3 weeks to arrive but when it finally got here, we realized the sales person who helped us did the math wrong and did not order enough flooring so now we have to wait another 3 weeks just for one extra box of flooring.

Update: A manager contacted us to help expedite the process and also gave us a refund for the last box we ordered. Also to add that every box of flooring we received was in immaculate shape. We’ve looked at other big box stores and there were so many damaged ones per box that it would be time consuming to overbuy and then return the bad ones later. Coming here I’d recommend to make sure you ask the associate for how much square foot comes in a box and double check the math yourself just because it takes a few weeks for the flooring to arrive.”
