“Great experience with the sales person Matthew. No pressure or upselling and did a great job explaining the features of several reclining sofas we wer looking at. Time will tell if the quality of the sofa holds up but the prices were reasonable and initial quality seemed okay. Will have to leave an updated review as time goes by on the actual sofa but the store and sales experience was great.”

Due to the layout of the bathroom she asked Kathleen from the design teem to help out. Couldn’t have asked a better person. “Hello! I just wanted to share my experience of shopping at this location last week, one day before Christmas Eve! I came in for a gift for my mother in law (very last minute, she’s so hard to shop for ?) and I had a very fussy baby in tow. It was really really cold, it was past nap time, I had already been to a few other stores in the area, we’d lost boots somewhere, she wouldn’t wear a jacket, I hadn’t thought to bring a stroller, I’m a first-time mom and I felt like I was really below average/failing miserably that day and short on patience. The women at this location we amazing, they took things to the counter so I didn’t have to struggle to hold everything, bagged and boxed it all up, we lost a sock somewhere in the store and they offered to search for it, and even helped me to my car in the freezing cold, waiting in the snow by my side so I could get the baby strapped in and warm before helping me load things. I am so grateful for their kindness, it was such a beautiful thing to have their help when they could tell I was struggling and overwhelmed. What they can't know is that I was doing this all on my own because my husband had recently had emergency spine surgery and we jsut hadn't had time. The power and strength of mamas helping mamas ♥️ above and beyond customer service and kindness - thanks so much to all!”

I especially love the dog treats that are labeled Maggie’s Dog Treats !My 6 year old Golden Retriever goes nuts over them and it’s rare that he’ll eat any kind of treat. He really enjoys them.
