Walked in with a nondescript faucet part I needed to replace, after another store didn’t have it. The guy at the counter knew the brand and part right away and then suggested an additional part I might need, which ended up being the case. Love these smaller shops with experts who can get it right for you the first time!

Great hardware store where they know how to help you with your project! I stopped in to have deadbolt and door set (Schlage) rekeyed. It took all of 15-20 minutes and was done perfectly. I had the "original" key with the number which helped with the accuracy, but staff member was very helpful.
