As a construction business owner I am constantly in different stores buying materials. And I rarely ever leave reviews of any kind. Chad came up to me in the flooring area and offered to check me out at his register. I told him I had to go to the front and he offered to push my cart up as well as ring me up. After that, he offered to help me load my materials in my car.
Whatever you do, please keep Chad around! I will definitely shop at Lowe’s more often because of people like him. Someone higher up that than the store manager please acknowledge Chad for going above and beyond what any employee has Ever done for me. Thank you.

“I had a fantastic experience here! I originally bought a water filter at Lowe's, but they didn’t even carry the replacement O-ring for the unit they sold me. I stopped into LeVahn Brothers, and an incredibly helpful employee took me straight to the right section. He perfectly matched my O-ring and even applied silicone grease to make sure it fit smoothly. The part worked perfectly! This isn't my first positive experience here. No matter how much you spend, the staff always treats you with total respect and shares their incredible knowledge.
