“Good evening, I just wanted to acknowledge an amazing experience I had working with Chad at this store. He was the most kind and helpful person I have EVER dealt with any any Lowe’s, Home Depot, Menards etc.
As a construction business owner I am constantly in different stores buying materials. And I rarely ever leave reviews of any kind. Chad came up to me in the flooring area and offered to check me out at his register. I told him I had to go to the front and he offered to push my cart up as well as ring me up. After that, he offered to help me load my materials in my car.
Whatever you do, please keep Chad around! I will definitely shop at Lowe’s more often because of people like him. Someone higher up that than the store manager please acknowledge Chad for going above and beyond what any employee has Ever done for me. Thank you.
