The staff is friendly and super helpful, answering questions and pulling dresses when asked, though some reviewers noted they primarily help when approached. The appointment-only system prevents crowding and keeps the experience from feeling overwhelmed. This place is the best!! The employee working with us was the best, super nice and has lots of suggestions! The area is perfect, not too busy and dressing rooms are verry spacious. Highly recommended if you are looking for high end special occasion dresses!!
