“The staff at Pro-Tech were super friendly and prices were very affordable. I was able to get a loaner car for the time my car was being worked on; it may not have been anything super fancy, but it got me to and from work while they were doing work on my vehicle and that's all that matters to me. “I had a great experience here. I took my car in for repairs after someone had backed into me. The employees were lovely. They kept me informed through the entire process. And my car looked amazing when I picked it up. They had even washed it and cleaned the inside. I had had a terrible week, and when I got in my car and saw they had cleaned it up for me I cried. One of my least favorite tasks is cleaning my car and it was way over due for a cleaning. I had been thinking of that impending task all week which was adding to my stress. And now, that was one less thing I had to be stressed about. It's really the little things that make the biggest impact. I will absolutely be using their services again if I ever need repairs.”

They're honest, have very reasonable prices, and are very good at answering questions.The location is nice since it's away from major traffic, but their signage is lacking due to the location. “If I could, I would give First Choice 10 stars! The price ccouldn't be beat. Very reasonable. And the service was stellar! When I called for the tow, the guy was apologetic that it was going to be an hour wait for a tow. We're in Minnesota and in a wind chill advisory. EVERYONE needs a tow right now. I knew that and really expected to have to wait a very long time for a tow. And to think this man was apologizing for a one hour wait. :-) And then the shocker... No sooner did I hang up and the tow was there wihin ten minutes of the phone call. WOW!!! The driver's name was Jon. He was sympathetic and kind. I drove with him to the servicing center. He did a great job putting me at ease. This isn't only the First Choice; It's the only choice.”

“I highly recommend this company. Unfortunately I was in a car accident recently and needed to have my car towed to a body shop. The insurance company arranged for a different tow company to retrieve the car. As I was in the hospital, I was not able to follow up until the next day. When I checked, my car was still in the same spot and they had noted they couldn’t find it. The damaged car sat overnight at the accident scene and thankfully was not impoundedWe were able to reach out to Nishan auto services instead and they were able to retrieve the car. Not only did they pick up the car but they came to the hospital to get the keys directly from me so that they could do it.I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the level of service, communication, and professionalism.”

“This is the best auto shop in the cities. Went in with a coupon for a $27 oil change, and Mike charged me even less. Then had a sleeve put on the exhaust for under $100 and in less than a day. Mike is a delight. I won’t go anywhere else.”
“I called this morning saying I needed some quick and dirty body work to make my 2016 Camry safe to drive after hitting some higway debris. They got me in right away and took care of the problem in less than an hour. I was surprised at how cosmetically unnoticeable the result was. Very nice work at reasonable cost.”

“The exhaust fell off my car driving down 169. I walked to the Champlin Sinclair station and asked if they could help me. They walked down the road the where my car was. The guy crawled under my car and said he could probably reattach it while I wait. They immediately removed a car from their bay and drove my car in. They replaced a few rusty exhaust clamps and put everything back together. I was in and out in 30 minutes for $60. Super happy. Everyone was super nice and thoughtful! They really saved the day for me!”

“He arrived at his scheduled time. I had two flat tires. He replaced one flat tire with my spare so it was towed at a reasonable price. Two flat tires would require a flat bed, expensive. To access the spare tire in the trunk he had to remove numerous items in the trunk and put them in the back seat. He had no issues in doing this extra work to get to the spare. Thank you United Towing and Recovery!”

“I highly recommend David at Boulevard Sinclair. I have an older Corvette that I've had him work on. The first time that I took it to him, it was leaking a considerable amount of antifreeze. I called David and explained the situation. Even though I was a new customer, and wouldn't be able to get my car to him with AAA until after 6pm, he told me that it wouldn't be an issue and that he would wait for me. Sure enough I followed AAA and he was there waiting for me at his shop. The next day, he called me and told that the repairs were made. The repairs, fortunately, were minor, very affordable and have held up very well. I took it back to him for a noise/cable issue in the steering column. While I was told elsewhere that the cable needed to be replaced, David diagnosed the issue and was able to work with the old cable and fix the issue/noise. Again, the repair worked, was very affordable, and was done within a day. In my experience, I will continue to use David at Boulevard Sinclair for any repairs, and general maintenance on my vehicles and would recommend him to everyone. He's very knowledgeable, affordable and gets the work done efficiently.Services: Steering/Suspension”
