“My Audi A4 wouldn't drive. I took it to TGK in maple grove where let's just say a lot was wrong. I was unsure if they would be capable of working on my European car. Not only were they able to do it but they did it in record time. I had to have my turbocharger replaced and my timing chain serviced. Lonnie was extremely helpful in explain everything to me so i could understand it. My overall experience with this TGK was phenomenal. I will recommend these guys to my friends and family. Plus now i finally have a shop i trust in my area. Great experience.”

“My van broke down while I was in Minnetonka for the weekend (4 hours from home). AAA recommended Endurance Automotive as one of the repair places they could tow my 2017 Toyota Sienna to. Based on Endurance's Plymouth location, I chose them and I am so glad I did. Charlie called me first thing Monday AM. Based on the notes from the towing company and a message I had left for them, he already had a suspicion and he had ordered the part. He told me they would look at it that morning for an official diagnostic (after three Toyota dealers had said they were too busy!) and it ended up being the part he suspected that had gone bad. (an ignition coil?). He kept me informed, was super polite, and gave me a AAA discount to boot. I was able to be back on the road with no further problems at all before 2pm. I am so grateful and I will absolutely encourage my friends near Plymouth to use their services! I hope never to need this again while I am out of town, but if I do, I know who to call! “I have been going to Discount Tire locations for over seven years. I was driving thru. Minneapolis had an issue with one of my runflat tires. I pulled in and spoke to Alex He reassured me that he would order a new tire for me in less than 48 hours I returned, and it took him in his team 23 minutes to change my flat. Unbelievable service, one of the best teams that ever encountered. “Went to 3 different retailers to fix/re-balance/re-mount some poorly installed tires by a different company. I was without hope. Stopped into the Rogers store while driving by one day and Jake and his crew came to the rescue. They took all 4 tires off and found that one wheel was way off balance and likely lost the weights after install. Another wheel had the tire mounted incorrectly and had caused the vehicle to shake while driving. Jake took care of me and my vehicle finally drives smooth again. They are a customer-first company driven by great culture here at the Rogers store. Greatly appreciated how they went above and beyond even when they weren’t their tires or their problem. Will only come to Discount Tire for my tire needs moving forward.”
