The team was able to diagnose the service engine light on my CR-V and repair a timing issue the local Honda stealership has failed to successfully diagnose or repair multiple times. “Outstanding experience with Discount Tire in Rogers, especially Gatlin and AJ.
I arrived at the store with my Lexus GX after a catastrophic front tire blowout. A tow truck got me there at about 5:53 PM, only a few minutes before closing, and I was honestly expecting that I might have to leave the vehicle overnight.
Instead, Gatlin and AJ took care of me.
They helped get me set up with BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO3s, and what started as a bad day ended up giving me the perfect excuse to finally upgrade all five tires, including the full-size spare.
I really appreciate them helping me even though I showed up right before closing. They could easily have told me to come back the next day, but they made sure I was taken care of and able to get back on the road.

“The leadership and staff at this location are incredible at what they do! I was definitely not the “ideal” customer today running late to my tire change appointment and then forgetting one of my old tires and having to come back after my appointment for them to be able to actually change both tires I bought. Despite that, the manager Cory and his staff were very kind and patient with me, offering to let me get my tire and come back with it later that day without having to reschedule a new appointment. I know it was extra time and effort for them to accommodate me today, and I’m grateful that I decided to go through them for my tire change. Highly recommend the Plymouth Discount Tire location if you are in need of service on your vehicle and want amazing customer service!”
