The store provides helpful and specific service in sections like mobile phones and PC gaming, with staff described as amazing, patient, friendly, and professional. Efficient curbside pickup is available, noted to be very good even on busy days like Black Friday. However, the new store layout seems to have a lot less product on site, resembling a display shop with zero on-site merch and fewer staff around. The feel of the store has changed from the old, busy version, with some customers hoping the business does not go under. While service from specific employees is highly praised, contacting the store manager by phone may not be an option. Overall, service experiences can be excellent, but the in-store product selection and atmosphere have notably decreased.
