“Have ordered here a few times for pick up. Guys were really helpful during my pickup. Even made the experience more informative than judgy and condescending when I showed up to pick up a large TV with the wrong size vehicle. They were polite and had recommendations that I used and worked out great. Pick up parking spots are a bit tight it seems but great experience all around.”
“My laptop had a broken hinge and Geek Squad wouldn't handle it. These guys fixed it! The two people I talked two were very professional and easy to talk to, and they communicated well about what needed to be done and what extra work and charges could possibly be required (though in the end they weren't). The cost was less than half the price of a new laptop - not to mention saving me the trouble of setting up a new one. It took a couple of days, but it was worth it.”

“Excellent always. Recently needed a specific mall desk sized chest of drawers. Manager at White Bear Lake, MN store went out of his way to find one that perfectly fit my needs when he found that my original request was no longer available. He then assisted me to get it to my car and into my trunk. I am 90 years young!”
