Teach your associates about credit and the impact of running social security numbers. Went to purchase a laptop and went to purchase. The associate wanted me to sign up for a Best Buy card. I explained I already had one. He then stated that it would be inactivated after a year (a lie), and I had to enter my social security number to reactivate it. I went home and purchased that very laptop with my existing Best Buy card. Thank goodness my credit's frozen.

Needed printer ink, found a very knowledgeable associate that helped me find the correct cartridge. So knowledgeable in fact that i decided to purchase a game controller for me new TV, he helped me find the right one, compatible with my TV and with the type of games I play (racing). All in all it was a very pleasant and expedient visit.

I went in to see if someone in the Geek Squad could help take a look at an SD card that had a corrupted file in it. I was seen right away but I was tossed between 3 different people and by the time they got my order placed to send my card out to be worked on I literally spent over an hour at the counter. I was also going to buy a backup drive but couldn't afford to spend any more time at the store. I ended up buying that from Microcenter instead.

Best Buy is a horrible company. And I would never recommend nobody ever buying anything from them again. They're, they're nothing but scammers. I ordered A LG throwback laser projector back in early November. I never got the package because The delivery driver just left it at my doorstep. When they had direct orders to have a signature. Well, to make a loan story short. I did about 2 claims with U. P. S and best buy and both claims u p s is a mitting fault So insane that they are willing to refund me back my money. But in order for them to do that, it has to go through Best Buy. UPS has been trying to correspond with Best Buy for the last. 3 months about this matter Best Buy just denies my return. On their side when they're not even the ones giving me the refund. UPS is going to provide the full refund. All they need best buy employees to do is to fill out the form that u p s sent them several times already. And when I call Best Buy customer service. All they tell me is that I need to follow-up with my local law enforcement which I. Already did so then I asked the employee at best. Bye. What's my next step? Hey, tell me that they don't know when that step I should take. Now, is that customer service nowadays? Where's this tag customer? I don't know good luck . I get this how best buy tries there customers

Excellent Staff. We bought an unlock Samsung S23 from best buy and wasn't told by the Employee that it was an return by the customer. The phone was factory reset wrong and it said we need the pervious owner google email to verified so brought the back to Best Buy the next day and The Manager came to assist us. He recognize his employee was at fault and took the samsung s23 back and gave us a brand new Samsung Galaxy S23 ultra which cost about $200+ more than the S23 we originally bought from them. He also include a phone screen protector in too. Excellent customer services

I live 45 minutes from the store so I called to make sure they a connector so I could a lan cable to hdmi. Was told yes. After arriving I asked for the connector and after 15 minutes with 3 people looking I was told there is no such thing.

My last 2 checkout processes lasted 45 minutes each because no one knows how the awful Best Buy system works there. I spend $10,000+ a year at Best Buy, am a Total Tech Member, and use the Best Buy credit card as my main form of payment for my daily life. Every time I come here it's pure frustration, and I can't order online because their system can't connect my accounts together. Same email, same phone number... the clerk messed up when I joined total tech and no amount of customer service can fix it.This location is also understaffed, and even when you can find a staff member they have absolutely no idea what is going on. The Geek Squad manager is incredibly friendly and helpful at this location, so I'll give them credit for that. The rest of the managers are either powerless or useless, or somewhere in-between.All in all I love having the option of Best Buy, but they have become too comfortable and will inevitably go out of business within the next 10 years. Writing is on the wall.

It's not the same as earlier years. Went to get a flash drive, and they had on display with plenty of empty place for products. The store in general was empty of product.
