“Maplewood Kohl's is what I would call a standard Kohl's. It's always clean, generally neat and tidy racks and shelves, and a nice selection of everything you'd expect from a department store. However, like all Kohl's stores, they aren't quite the same as they used to be. The once amazing deals have gone away.”

I bought around $600 worth of merchandise and he went the extra mile from the start.
Great at multi tasking. He helped me and communicated with every customer as they walked up or by.
Phenomenal communication. He explained every discount and why they were being applied. He was very careful and considerate when it came to bagging my purchase.
He also related to me about the Toy Story doll I bought my son. We joked about a movie called “small soldiers” we both had watched as kids. A very genuine and memorable interaction you usually don’t get in the “real world.”
To top it all off I left my receipt on the counter and John ran it to me before I could get to my car.
All in all I couldn’t have been more pleased. There’s not much difference from store to store so it’s the people like John who truly make these trips stand out.”

“Furnace was not staying on. Technician came and promptly got to work. Diagnosed the problem quickly as a drainage issue. Cleared clogs and replaced parts of the pipe and put a temporary fix. The fix is temporary since this part of furnace is not handled by this company (but needs installation company). I am happy with quick diagnosis and the fact that furnace is up and running.”
