And they have a sign saying if you're unemployed and you have a job interview and you need your clothes clean we'll do it for free. Who does that? “I had a pink wool coat stained from a cup of French Roast last year. When I got it back a couple days later, it was perfect. Also, I love that the owners have a nice sign in the window that says something to the effect of:
If you are out of work and need a suit cleaned for a job interview, the store will clean it for you at no charge. How kind is that. Pay it forward.”

“I find this to be the best laundromat I’ve been to. The staff are kind and never fail to tell me how everything works, and the machines clean my clothes very well without leaving any lingering smells or stains. This laundromat is always nicely kept and never trashed, i can feel comfortable letting my nieces and nephews play with the toy’s because I know how the workers keep them clean.”
“Just found this place and so far so good. Got my clothes done in 24 hours and they did a great job. Been here twice now. You need to look for it to find it as it is tucked back a touch off the main drive. (7th) There is an entrance on the other side which I prefer as that road is far less busy.”
“This place is wonderful. I've had them alter three of my shirts now, and they are fast, cheap and unmatched in quality. This is the only business for me when it comes to alterations. Great work!”

“I picked up my dress from a different tailor the day before my bridal shower, and it was still a wrinkled mess. I first called the Mendota Heights location to see if they could do a same day steam and press. They told me their driver just left, but I could probably drop off in Woodbury if I was quick. I made it, and got my dress back same day. They did an amazing job, my dress looked perfect. I so appreciate the above and beyond customer service.
I’ve been coming to the Woodbury location for a couple years to have a comforter dry cleaned. They always have things ready when they say they will and my comforter always comes back perfect. Would highly recommend.”

“Went here to wash a muddy SUV. There's a hose-ish wash gun that you can select from multiple spray options like water, soap, etc. (if I remember around 8 options). The coins did have issues and kept coming back out but I noticed if you flipped the coins or went upside down it'll take the coin eventually (it took all my coins and a coin took me as many as 5 entries). There's also a dollar to coins exchanger machine that dispenses quarters or tokens (I went with all quarters) so you don't need to bring your own. 5 stars for me! At the time of this review the wash was $1 in quarters and I forgot how long, sorry.
Edit: There might have been a specific way the machine accepted the coins but I didn't use enough coins to remember. Will make an update but I probably won't be back for a while.”
“Machines are almost always functional- only ever had one problem with a machine taking coins- the on site staff fixed it within a minute. Place is kept very clean and stocked.”

“I went in because I had a small rip in the jacket and they took it for less than 2 minutes time and professionally fixed it! I asked “Hey, how much do you I owe you?” And they said “No worries about that, this one is free.” I walked out with the biggest smile on my face because of this kind act, This place is the place to go for repairs!! (Make sure to do what I couldn’t and pay well!)”
“If your change machine is going to dispense a mix of quarters and tokens that can only be used at your establishment; it would be nice if the dryers would accept those tokens…”
“First time at this place and it was a pleasant experience. Nice variety of high efficiency machines with very reasonable prices.Definitely a great amenity for truckers in the area, as long as you come with a regular vehicle, no tractor trailer parking close by.”
“Had some bulky items to wash. My brother recommended this laundromat and it was a nice experience - clean and a nice selection of machines. Appreciated that there was someone on duty who downsized the machine I was going to use and saved me a few dollars. Other customers were friendly and answered a few questions for me.”

“Newer Dexter washer and dryers. Have from very large washer 9x lids to 2x load washers. Dyers work very well. Dried my clothes in 30 min. Is staffed with attendant. 9.50$ for 9x washer 5x dryer 2.00$ to start”
“Had to use a laundry mat this week. Found this gem online, clean, everything works. Many machine choices. Heavy security with cameras. Opens automatically at 6am, doors auto lock at 9. Only drawback, no credit card pay, all quarters, but excellent change machine.”
“I love coming here I've been a customer for 2 years on and off due to moving to Minnesota from Oregon. Liz is amazing she is organized, quick and consistent. I would recommend family and friends here particularly this location and recommend Liz. I am giving her 5 stars for all her hard work and customer service I receive from her every time I come in. Since I live closer to The Laundry Room I will be coming here more. She deserves a raise for sure. Thanks The Laundry Room for having a great employee work at your business!”
“This place is decent. I like that they started dispensing dollar coins from the machines, as well as quarters. Although not all the machines take dollar coins. Place is clean and tidy anytime I've visited, sometimes a bit crowded. Never had any issues, a good laundromat”

“I've passed by this place many times in the past without realizing it's a laundromat until my boyfriend took me there to wash our clothes. There isn't a huge visible sign out front, that's why. This place is owned by wonderful people. I especially like how it's usually not very busy every time I go there. I like to park in the back for a bit of privacy since the front faces busy Frost Ave. It's located right across from Legacy funeral home in Maplewood.”
